I find him guilty of several charges which include lying, playing people against each other (MW, RX) and being an overall trouble maker. In relation to the scamming accusation I have no clue whether he's guilty or not but the one thing I will say is I would not believe ONE single word that comes out of his mouth.

As a juror- normally you cant ask questions just rule on the facts presented by both sides, if this is the case here.
I would ask that each sides give definitions of terms (even if obvious) used.
An example would be the term "match play".I dont know what it means and suspect each "house" has their own definition. I had asked a couple of veteran players this question and got 2 different answers. Im thinking both are right depending on what "book" they play with.
(Im not really sure of the charges here even-are we talking about RIO vs SG- his love stories- credability as a poster- all of the above or what?)
