Wut do people mean to follow someone and how do you do it..do you just look for posts?

there are some of our posters that win often..
that is what they mean by follow some people.
They post their plays in the sports forums...
the +/- thing?
do you mean on the line of the game?
Who, in 100 words or less, can explain the "lingo" that is throw n around in sportsbetting. In other words, can someone provide a simple "notes" to getting started so a noob would know where the hell to start and which "plays" are better than others etc etc?
I play horses and the other side is foreign to me. Not to say I am not good at predicting outcomes - just never done it in this atmosphere

i'd suggest taking a look at the the FAQ of major sportsbooks. i've recently had similar questions, sds, and found complete lists of betting lingo either on the aforementioned sites or from searching google.
