Very good question. I wonder about Neteller as well. Of course, all will be guesses, but there may be things in the works that we do not know yet. I would guess that among the elite books, things will be about the same as far as dependability.

BTW I think it's pretty clear that the trend is towards fewer books, all big and solid. Another clear trend is the increasing efficiency of the market. Some call these trends bad. I call them good because our capital is more secure and there will always be opinionated linemakers who offer a slightly better line so our effective juice will be very low indeed. And the millions of regular Joes who enjoy watching NFL on Sunday with their brewski and a $50 parlay of all the favorites regardless of the line will make sure the line will never reflect the true mathematical odds. Problem is, sometimes these guys stumble on the right side and so finding the good plays will never be easy. But this is what makes it fun.

The industry will be on the rise as long as other industries are thriving. Come a major recession and things may change, but until then the direction is up IMO.

Dante,

I agree. With fewer big books it will be easier for the government to secure tax revenue.

The ironic and sad part is that regulation will start precisely when we don't really need it anymore. Those greedy pigs in government want easy revenue with minimum headache. That will happen when there are big safe books who are easy targets for tax audits.

The player needs regulation when there are stiff shops stealing post up money, not when there are reliable books who would never screw anyone. But the government wants no part of that.

It's really disgusting and I'm hoping the good books stay offshore, avoid taxation, and don't give in to the greedy two-faced pigs in the US government.

Question for those in the know:

Why have we not seen a Neteller replacement yet? There is a huge opportunity for somebody to cash in and yet we still have not seen as much as an attempt? I know the US government can be persuading, but still..there are ways to fight that...
