SECUREBUXX ARE NOT SO SECURE! IT'S BAD ENOUGH TO GET SLOW PAID BY A BOOK.

This is the first bankwire request I've made from Securebuxx. I requested the bankwire 7-31-03 and was assured I'd receive the funds by 8-4-03.

I've called 9 times in the last 2 days and no one can tell me when the bankwire will even go out. I emailed twice today and did not receive a response.

How the hell is this company operating? Anyone care to explain to me? I thought they were similar to Neteller, but it seems I was very wrong.

From my dealings with them they have no one in charge. They are very vague when you call CS and ask about your money.

Seems they really don't care at this point, makes me wonder if they are going out of business.

I've asked for Anthony the last 7 times I've called and David says Anthony is not in the office. I ask for a supervisor and David says he's handling things. I ask David when I'll get my money and he has no clue. I emailed securebuxx twice and still no response. The person I can get is this kid David and he repeats the same thing everytime.

If you have the money in your account and David says that he's running the place while Anthony is out, why can't he answer when the money will be sent?

What is his reason for not sending the money? What is his response? If some guy is telling me he's running the show, he's going to give me some answers (even if they are bs and lies).

If this issue is even remotely related to the issues dating back to Friday/Saturday with securebuxx and a book that shall remain nameless then it would be nice for someone from this site to step in here and help this guy. If related, it would seem to me that the book and securebuxx are up to no good and slow paying like a mothereffer.

That is really poor outandup. But I am not too surprised. I tried to set up and fund an account twice before w/ Securebuxx and both times CS was so poor it never happen.

I put in a bank wire withdrawal request today with them, but I am in no hurry.

I am with the others, if David says he is the man then he should be able to tell you when the wire was sent. If he is just saying he doesn't know when it will get to you, I could buy that for a couple days. But he should provide you details of when it was sent.

I just received an email saying they declined my request for a bankwire due to incorrect information, TOTAL BULLSHIT. I called in and spoke to Vince this time and I asked what do you mean by incorrect info. Vince says Anthony rejected my payout because I did not list my banks address. Then I asked for Anthony and Vince said he's gone for the day, I said oh really David told me all day Anthony was out of the office. Seems they're playing games here.

Anyway I went to the SBXX site again and notice that you have to fill in all the fields or it will not let you go to the next page when requesting a bankwire. Then I really noticed something fishy, even though I filled in the address it did not make it to the next page. I wonder how many have been declined due to this. Besides they don't have to have a bank address.

Follow their rules to the letter if you want to get paid otherwise you give them a reason to delay payment for at least another half-day.

process a bankwire and you'll see that when you enter all the info requested and go to the next page the bank address does not copy over to the next page. Also the first page will not allow you to continue to go to the next page until all fields are answered. This is a fukin joke.

I have jumped thru their hoops again and resubmitted the bank info again.

Keep in mind I requested the funds last Thursday and I called and spoke to a young lady and asked her to review the request and make sure they had everything they needed, she said everything was fine and I'd receive the money by Monday. Now the funds are rejected 6 days later after I post here.

out - i was in a similar position as you. the only advise i would give you is to just transfer your funds from securebuxx to another book that will let you w/d through neteller. there arent too many but the one i chose was 5dimes.

I can confirm this from my experience. I entered the banks address and when I got to the final screen they replaced the address with wording like "unknown" or something like that.

I then filled in the address in again and submitted it. So if it doesn't show up they can't blame me, there application replaced it with crap.

So outandup, I have no doubt you filled in the address, but looks like this form/db likes to remove it for some reason.

Anyone else scared that if/when Neteller gets out of the business that will leave us with this level of service or WORSE?

Lakerfan - If neteller gets out of this business and there isnt a comparable option I wouldnt play offshore anymore. There is no way very many people would put up with the type of customer service that securebuxx provides.

The customer service there is often terrible as they rely too heavily on Anthony to approve everything. There is not much you can do until tomorrow. I also tried calling today and was told he is not in town.

If you don't get your money, I'd strongly advise you to take Scoob's advice. I've never dealt with a more dishonest group of peple than Anthony and his staff. I remember when i had tried to contact Anthony, at 9:30 AM, they would tell me he wasn't in yet, at 10:30 AM, they would tell me he's in a meeting, at 11:30 Am, they would tell me he's out to lunch. By 1:00 Pm he'd be gone for the day. This went on for weeks until i finally gave up.

Transfer it to CARIB...you can then withdraw it into a Neteller or Prepaidatm account and go from there. They offer no deposit bonus and I'm pretty sure they don't require your money to stay there for a certain amount of time.

Let me clarify what i was saying above and what I have learned since. Somebody told me to get my funds out of securebuxx asap. I thought he was implying that he had some knowledge that they were not safe. He has since informed me that is not the case but rather he meant that since I was not happy with the service I rec'd there I should get my money out and move on. I have no knowledge of any financial problems at securebuxx. I was paid there and do not know of anyone who wasnt. I do know that their customer service is lacking and because of that I will not use them in the future.
