View Full Version : 2 saturdays in arow having trouble logging in and getting into the forums

This is now the second straight weekend that logging in and getting to the forums has been slow or have been unable to get in.Anyone else having problems,makes it very difficult to stay calm,most troubles again seem to happen after 10:30 a.m and even now i feel lucky to have made it this far.Any insite from the powers that be..?just tried to post this and message read"UNABLE TO VIEW POSTED PAGE."now what is going on....... http://therxforum.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gifagain tried to post page but nothing,,,THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR BUISNESS

I too had problems logging in. It was slow before the Fla/SF game and just before the game I was unable to put in my pick. After that I was unable to log in for a couple hours.

Any ideas on what can be causing these hiccups? As mgk said, it's awfully frustrating.

I just asked the genral and the shrink the same thing. They need to reduce the volume of old posts, or add a faster processor... They are going to lose a great many members. They do not have that many at one time....I truly believe it is the vfolume of old threads...need to clean them up

What's funny is when I am at my girlfriend's computer I can get to The Prescription homepage but not the forums. She has a cable modem with comcast. I used a old dial-up 56k modem with my computer and I always get into the forums fine! I usually do with hers too, but like you guys the last 2 sat's it says that it cannot locate that page and to try "refresh" or check the settings on the browser but it just won't let me into the forums from her computer.

at times the stie has been slow on saturdays I have noticed it also. i am sorry for the trouble your having I think the techies are aware of it MGK..maybe this saturday will be better

actually last saturday was much better than the previous few saturdays,i also just got my p.c. tuned up and am roaring to go.Speed is very good.thanx for replying....
