Best sites for online trading?

I'm hearing sharebuilder.com

They seem to have the lowest fees of anyone, and won Forbes "best of the web" award.

Probably good for a guy like me who might have serious chunks of inactive time, since they have no fees for this also.

I have an account with them. $4 dollar trades when you use the sharebuilder program. But these are not instant. Its only on Tuesdays and you have to place your order no latter than Monday night. All instant trades are $15 bucks.
