June 20th 2005,

First of all great job RX by creating this type of new forum for us that like to invest in market based activity.

Not sure if many sports fans know about this 10 month old company that caters to the fantasy sports junky, but allsportsmarket.com is a full service website catering to the buying and selling of your favorite professional sports and players.

It's based on a player vs player ebay style marletplace , instead of the conventional player vs house as exhibted in your traditional internet gambling sites. They have shown tremendous growth in their user base and as far as I am concerned, they have one of the best customer service teams on the internet.

Whats interesting about today, June 20th , is that the parent company released the first block of 100,000 corporate shares to users of the service.

And by next year the company expects that the shares will be trading on the LSE at a much higher value than initially released.

You can place buy orders for the company issue stock by locating the stock ASMA1 under RESEARCH|CORPORATE SECURITIES

9 hours after the inital release almost 13,000 shares have been sold.

If you want further information on how the website operates just let me know, I would be happy to help you out based on my interactions with the website.

This investment opportinity is fantastic one for all of us who love sports and investing.

July 4th 2005,

Happy 4th of July to all of you Americans on this site.

Just to update the current market status and future important announcements.

ASM Index: 4923 +176
ASM Avg Volume: 10,000

It was announced by management this week that the SPLIT price on all issues would be lowered from a 30 day moving average of $50 to a 30 day moving average of $25 commencing Aug 1st, 2005 and the splits occurring Sept 1, 2005.

This was decided to increase the floats across all major leagues and make it more manageable for new investors to get into the market and acquire shares. I also believe that this will stimulate a lot more daily volume and create a more stable market.

There are some absolutely incredible deals out there now, and if you are lucky to buy some issues trading above $25 at the moment you can expect 2 for 1 come September.

Take a look at NCAAB and some of the game pots growing to almsot $3300 with only 100 FLOAT. Thats almost a dividend payment on a FIRST WIN of $25/ share. There are some crazy deals to be had and money to be made.

Check it out.

Very interesting stuff there, anybody actually use this or have feedback?

GreenDoberman,

I have been a member since March (right after FINAL FOUR) , and have had no complaints. They are quick to payout your money when you want it and the customer service is tremendous. Since the site is still not only a year old, they are still working out the details of some of the rules of the game. But what is most interesting is that it is the users of the site (roughly 4,500-5000) that have a say in the direction of the game itself.

This weekend they will be announcing the new split process and prices which should have a huge impact on how people trade their issues over the next 2 months.

What I am most shocked about is to see almost 87,000 corporate shares sold in under 2 weeks. They will be using these funds from what I understand to acquire more direct marketing across major cities leading up to the start of NFL. At only $1.18 share I see big things for this company in the year to come, and leading up to when it goes public!

For anyone interested in reading up on what this site is, and how to get involved a trader made a website with all the info you need to get started.

http://www.asmrules.com/index.html

Very concise and informative.

Enjoy!

I signed up through Peebs a couple of months back...

I have a mid-four figure profit from a mid-three figure investment, so to say I'm happy with the site would be an understatement!

I've also had some conversations with the owner, and (in my opinion) he's a stand up guy... I can only see the site going in one direction.

Santo glad you have had great sucess in such a short time.

The president of the website has just made an offer for everyone here at therx.com as he is very impressed with the response from this thread.

He is offering all new users a free $25 dollar account to get started on ASM.

To get started, simply sign up for a real money account and then go to HELP|LIVE SUPPORT and mention that you heard about ASM through Peebs (user 3465) over at therx.com. They are aware of this promotion and will immediately credit your account with $25 to get started trading.

I hope to see some more members from therx.com in the coming months.

Have a great weekend everyone!

What are some of the "great buys" that you see out there right now? Got a promo in the mail from them and am thinking about posting up small.

Peebs
07-13-2005, 07:13 PM
Hey Randy,

Just out of curiosity, where are you residing that you got promotional advertsing in the mail?

The best deals out there IMO are in NCAAB where the FLOATS are still 100 ..

Some of the game pots have risen to over $3,000 which represents a Dividend return of almost 25-28 bucks a share on a first WIN.

Find the teams that fit that category and look for WEAk first opponents.

You will make back your inital investment and MORE if you follow this strategy.

You can apply this to NCAAF and also the NFL where game pots are apporaching 7-8000 dollars but with higher Floats - 500 to 1000.

And with the pending NHL agreement on the line , ASM will FINALLY be releasing NHL IPOS to the market sometime in AUGUST i beleive. I would definately save up to acquire a large majority of a good NHL team.

The details of the NHL release will be released tonight as I have read on the forums.

Be sure to check it out!!

If you do decide to POST up dont forget to take advantage of the $25 dollar free account and the 100% match bonus up to $250 by referring the live support to USER PEEBS (3465).

There are big things ahead for this company, and its a great time to get in - because prices are dropping in all leagues as people begin to build bank rolls for the NHL IPO release. I know I will be doing this in the coming weeks to try and strengthen my baronship.

Cheers,

Line Tamer,

Welcome aboard the revloution of sports entertainment if you are just bored of traditional wagering. I did ti for 4-5 years in University, and managed to make a little, but in the last 4 months since I have joined - I would have never imagined the profit % myself and others have made.

I have two big announcements regarding the site this evening.

1) With the CBA now in place ASM announced that NHL IPO shares will be released to the PUBLIC on AUGUST 28th 2005. And with the new restructuring of current leagues on the market from $50 split prices to $25 over the next month, this release will be the LARGEST in ASM's 1 year existence. The details of the FLOAT for each team will be released in the coming weeks. I will keep you all informed.

* This leaves plenty of time for people to plan accordingly to acquire large majority ownerships of there favorite HockeyTeam

2) Now regarding the NFL teams that I feel are solid investments going into the season. A trader on the site made two great web pages of all the teams and their dividend payouts for Game 1 victories.. they are below.

http://www.SportsTradingSecrets.com/ASMNFL.htm written by LSUTIGER

www.SportsTradingSecrets.com/NFL2.htm (http://www.SportsTradingSecrets.com/NFL2.htm) written by HollywoodCole

some of thes game pots are staggering. If i had to choose the best teams to invest in right now given the current market situations - I would say:

#1 Eagles trading at $23 bucks a share paying out almost $8 right now.. that will be at $14-15 maybe by the regular season.

Basically look at the teams with still 500 FLOATS - snatch them up because you will get a forced split over $25 plus great first game payouts.

A great strategy some employ is to also look for weak 1st opponents..

I will do NCAAF info tommorow.

Good night everyone!

i joined up this week, but to be honest I am unhappy with the entire system.....there is almost no volume on all the stocks....most trades are 1 or 2 shares.....how can this be....ie you say buy eagles...but there are no shares out there to buy....even if your willing to overpay(which i wouldn't reco, but comeon there is no action here.....and to my little time on the site no money or enjoyment to be made.

Gentlemen,

I understand your concern. There are some issues that consistently trade every day and there are some that are in kind of a holding pattern because everyone is waiting for the splits to occur in August to create more of a fluid marlet.

The smallest float out there right now is 100 in NCAAB , and the highest is in NFL I believe - 2200 shares ... After the management does forced splits on all of the issues on the market - there will be a ton of ACTION to go around.. don't you worry about that.

The NHL IPO release on AUG 28th will probably be a huge float league to balance out the entrire system after these forced splits.

People are holding onto stuff because of the insane dividend payments. Did you gentleman look at some of those pots in NCAAB and NCAAF.. You can make back your share purcase amount and then some , plus retain your shares that will also split if over $25 ... not a bad scenario.

If you see no sell orders up on an issue you want, YOU ARE FREE to post BUY ORDERS at what you feel is a fair market price for the stock.

One of the reasons the comapny is lowering split levels down to 25 is to increase the daily volume.. however if you get in now before the FALL .. you will see drastic daily volume changes over the next 2-3 months and have big smiles on your faces..

I mean come on... I turn a low 3 figure investment into a mid 4 figure account in 4 months..

People are going to be dumping things for cheap as well in the coming weeks because they want to free up cash for the NHL release.. THIS IS VERY MUCH A BUYERS MARKET RIGHT NOW... You can get some stuff cheap...

I know i have 4 different sell orders up on GREAT FIFA soccer teams for next years world cup at very good prices (taking a modest capital loss) but considering i made almost $100 US on dividends from their qualifying matches it all evens out!!

Take your time around the site, no need to rush into anything.

But any money you deposit will be a worthwhile investment - i know that for a fact!

Cheers.

Thanx for the answer peebs....I will ask questions as I go along, but I still have major reservations about the volume...just look what you posted at that time the eagles stock was 17and change and the prices were 21-25 add to that only 5 shares available.......I took a look at alot of stocks and most daily volume were close to zero shares traded per day or just a couple of shres like 2 or 3...there doesn't seem to be enough traders actually trading so I don't see how its a buyers market if noone is selling...I will continue to check it out....if you would like e-mail me...ask the mods to pass it along...regards joelatti

Joe you are right some shares are only trading 1-2 a day , but then are are some trading 25-60 a day. It just depends on what sector and league. I will admit that volume is very down these days because people are getting read to build their buying power up for the NHL IPO release at the end of AUGUST.

Look at some of the NCAAB teams that are still 100 float with dividends in the high teeens.. some trade 20 shares a day.. and there is one paticular team that I have my eye on in the coming weeks.. they happened to have 4 players drafted in the first 15 picks of the NBA draft *hint hint* .. decent price with huge dividend for a great team!

The First official league partnership for ASM.

Posted: 7/14/05 6:39 pm (FROM ASM PRESIDENT on ASM FORUMS)

Good afternoon, Everyone.

I just completed a call with my good friend and ASM lead counsel. And, I can comfortably say that it was the most important phone call of my professional life.

The Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Soccer Federation has accepted our deal for cross sponsorship and promotion.

This is a very good day for AllSportsMarket and everyone involved.

This is a first step of many to come.

This is a substantial milestone for ASM. In fact, this is the most important development to date.

It firmly establishes that AllSportsMarket.com is NOT an online gambling site by legal and functional definition. And further, this creates the first true partnership with a covered team inside a covered league.

Where there is one, there will be two.
Where there are two, there will be three or four.
Once three or four are set, the rest will come running as not be *left out*.

We are expecting press attendance of this deal signing. When the details are known, I'll convey them.

It is a bold undertaking but so is this entire concept.

Chris

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is amazing news as it will set the precedent for future League Partnership agreements across all leagues and sectors.

I will keep you all posted as to the developments.

joelatti

This looks like one person manipulating a stock...upwards yes, but the same goes for a big loss....This all happened when the other buy orders were at 2-3 bucks maybe I'm missing something....this stock was 5 bucks at 3:20pm than on orders of 1 share per order rose to 10/15/25/35/50/75...seems like someone would have bought MORE than ONE share at some lower price than artificially driving the price up.

This is clearly a paper gain joe,

It seems as though a new investor is testing the limits of the market.

The commissions he paid on buying and selling to him/herself is rediculous (do the math @ 5% per transaction). This user will lose money because no one in their right mind would pay those prices.

Not sure if you are aware , but there is a lock page on the reasearch submenu (top left) that keeps track of fast moving issues. Management locks the stock until a certain time once a review is made to see if any trading activity was fishy. It also serves as a great indication of what stocks are dropping and moving and gives other traders who own an interest to step in and price control the issue.

A Paper gain is nothing remember, that in order to cash out your investment there always has to be a buyer on the other end who agrees with the tangible value of owning an issue.

New investors just need to be informed of these activites and not fall into a trap of taking MARKET price for granted.

That is something I have not yet explained.

ASM, took away the word MARKET in the PRICE BOX on the trading screen because if left in - new users were buying issues at the highest sell order on the board. They have since taken out the word Market on the screen, however, if the price box is left blank and a buy order is executed with sufficent funds on one end, it still defaults to the highest price on the board. This is a tech glitch that the developers are working on. That is why in the tutorials, IT IS IMPERATIVE that users set their own price for their purchases.

This is why you saw the low sell orders skipped, enroute to the silly 75 dollars/share price.

That user may have 20 shares @ 75 now ... but he spent a rediculous amount on comissions to get there, and in the end will only LOSE money. Yes the game pot increased as a result as wel.. but this will be split among all 250 shares in the float and the subsequent users.

the default blank to market price is on the list of glitches they are working on to avoid this type of scenario.

The best I can say, is that if anyone here is interested in really getting into this site : Please read all the rules in the tutorial section as well as the most informative document www.asmrules.com (http://www.asmrules.com) which has EVERYTHING to get started!

Cheers.

Definitely looks like something of interest, but I agree that until the volume substantiates it is something that may or may not pan out. Keep in mind, I am rooting for it to pan out because this is something that fascinates me, the synergy of the equity markets with sports betting, but right now it is a wait and see proposition for me.

Doberman,

Thank you for your thoughts. You will see huge volume movement over the next 4 months as the FALL sports lineup goes into full effect.

I can also tell you that a lot of money will be directed at marketing initiatives in target markets across North America in the coming months.

But I agree, it will be interesting to see how the market develops coming up to its 1 year anniversary this AUGUST.

The next big entry point for this market from the perspective of a new investor willbe August 28th when 30+ NHL teams will be released, which management states will be the largest release to date. I expect floats to be in the 1000s for these NHL shares as the market normalizes to the forced splits of existing lower float leagues.

Price will come down as floats go up, and this will spark more trading in my view.

Hey I could be wrong, but I see such a huge potential for this especially with league partnerships for cross promotion in the works. Costa Rica has added a huge vote of confidence and credibility by entering into an agreement with this business entity. The press release is scheduled for August 1st I believe, and the details will be made public.

I will be sure to update the status of that information.

Good night!

Just wanted to update this thread and give you all the most current information of the Forced Split Schedule taking place leadiung up to the NHL IPO release on the 28th of August.

The following leagues will split on the listed date if they are over $25. The ORDER STREAMER will show a 1 share trade after the split so new users and those not paying attention will know what the new price is.

If you were to get in some of these teams before teh split date you can get some nice 2 for 1 action goin on some good teams for long term growth and profit.

The coming weeks will be an exciting time at ASM as the heart of the sports year fast apporaches.

There is a ton of dividends to payout in the fall, and it will be common for some traders to pull in almost $5-6000 US after their NFL or NCAAF teams win there first game.

The Market is still in infacny ladies and gents, not to late to get in before the action and traffic picks up.

Enjoy.

:sad3: I have asked for the withdrawal of my funds on 7/25 and have been givin' the runaround for the past two weeks. And this on a 3 figure withdrawal. The place has frustrated me so much, that I have to really wonder what they are up to. I have contacted them 5 times to no avail. Just keep geeting some chat person who gives me a different answer each time. It was really easy to deposit money and has been REALLY!!!! impossible to get it back. IMO STAY AWAY

Thank you, and the person I chatted with THREE different times was LILY, NOW yesterday....someone else told me that I have to fill out a form and copy my license and CC and then wait seven business days until the check is mailed out. That would be fine, BUT on JULY 25th I asked for my money and it WAS TAKEN out of my account that day...I have had no access to it for over THREE WEEKS.....What the hell could have been going on...I got no contact from them only the three times I "called" in. SLOW PAYING IN MY BOOK:sad3:

Peebs

Just got an email from customer support regarding your issue. They will be in touch with you ASAP.

Just to clarify for you Joe what they told me:

1) The reason his withdrawal request has not been processed on time is because we are waiting on the fax of his identification which is required for a customers first withdrawal

2) Also it is stated in our rules that a customer who has accepted bonus money must wait 30 days to make their first withdrawal and he only waited 13 days.

3) trying to withdraw an amount that is above his cash balance as bonus money canot be withdrawn.

#3 basically means Joe, that if you were to receive $250 in bonus money then you have to have a cash blance of $251+ to withdraw any money. Since from the bonus money you can earn cash dividends and capital gains on your issues.

My bonus amount is almost 600 bucks .. so If i wanted to cash out $1000 through Neteller.. I woulf need to have a cash balance of 1600 ... Does that make sense..

Let me know when your issue is resolved.

I am sorry you are having some problems.. but I know they will be resolved!

joelatti
08-13-2005, 06:58 PM
I ONLY TRIED TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY , NOT the bonus money....in fact that bonus money is still in my account...IT is MY initial deposit that was HELD FROM ME for THREE WEEKS without any correspondance from them. PEEBS it was not until Thursday, that anyone mentioned the forms to me and that includes the THREE conversation that I had with LILY, who to my understanding is one of 4 customer service reps....so I find it hard to believe she never heard of this process or she forgot to mention it??? And like I said the money was pulled from account and I had NO access to it, I could not trade, nor was I sent a check.....IMO VERY BAD BUISNESS

I will fax in my information and I will let the forum know how long it takes to get YOUR own money back.....THREE WEEKS!!!! For someone to pass along some information....IF I didn't speak with their customer service reps myself I wouldn't have a problem, but after three conversations I was told each time that everything was in order!

Peebs
08-14-2005, 10:13 AM
I trust everything will be resolved quickly now.

All of these rules are clearly stated on the site, and it is up to every trader in my opinion to read them before depositing with the site. Just like with sportsbooks, people don't read the rules and then try and get out their money only to be told they have to do x before they can receive y.

You will get your money - you don't have to worry about that!!

Next time I would suggest using Neteller hehe, much faster than mailing out cheques... and no hassles with CC drivers liscences and photo ID.

Let me know how it goes!

Cheers,

joelatti

I too trust that AllSportMarket will finally pay the money they owe me... hehe....

I also trust that they hire people who actually know what there doing....Like I said I'll let the forum know when I finally get paid....OVER THRRE WEEKS AND COUNTING! hehehe

Also according to thier customer service...you ONLY have to wait 30 days if you want the money credited back to your CC(not in check form) AND you do need to send them your drivers license and credit card for ALL types of withdrawals....Again that's according to thier customer rep this AM....Again just seems like a big time hassle.

For those of you who are hesitant to post up and really make some money in this venture. This announcement was made by the company President last week. These penalties should stop these actions and continue to add credibility to what the site is trying to establish.

August 19, 2005
3:50pm Eastern

Effective immediately:

1. First warning - $100 fine
2. Second warning - $500 fine
3. Third warning - $2,500 fine and your account will be terminated.

We will post the list of offenders in this thread as they are discovered.
As well the trades will be reversed and fines applied.

There is a system process watching for this activity during the final implementation of the code to restrict this abuse once and for all. There are clerks going through the trade records as I write this. Trades before this post will not be reversed or penalized.

The rules and terms/conditions will be revised to include this ruling.

<HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Hey Peebs,

Just wanted to say i just got the check this morning. Today I got the check, August 24th...That's exactly ONE MONTH and two days after I requested my monies. Peebs I thank you for all your help, BUT I have to warn fellow RXr's to STAY AWAY!! from this site, the customer service was incompetent if you could get hold of them, the payment schedule was extremely, extremely slow. And NOONE every contacted myself, I had to make 20 "chat calls" and ask you for help in resolving the issue. Also they have no live people to TALK to on the phone....evrything is by computer and those people don't know their own buisness.
IMO AVOID ALLSPORTSMARKET......And this comes from a client who actually didn't lose any monies with allsportsmarket.

Joe,

I am gald you got your cheque finally. I am not gald that you did not like the service. You are the first I have heard complain of the customer support being 'incompetent'. Frankly I think that is a bit of a harsh statement from a user who used the service for only a month.

Openforums are for passing along information, and freedom of speech, and I respect you for voicing your concerns.

I will pass on your dissapointment to the mangement to see if your isolated incident can be handled better in the future.

Best of luck in the future.

Joe,

Well the president emailed me directly to follow up on these allegations that you have told therx.com and this is his response that he wanted to make public for the whole forum community to see.

"Client payments are processed by a strict set of
publicly posted rules. The reason for delay in this
case was purely due to the client not following
these procedures. With the client's permission,
we would be more than happy to post all communications
and the entire audit trail of this incident."

Chris P. Rabalais
President/C.E.O.
AllSportsMarket.com

As I said in the past, Joe this is the first time I have heard of a user claim incompetance and lack of knowledge of the service on the part of the Customer Support Staff. I think this is why Mr. Rabalais wants to publicly address this situation.

The ball is in your court!

joelatti
08-27-2005, 09:54 AM
He has my FULL PERMISSION to list every conversation I had with all the customer service people. I have everyone's name that I "chatted" with as well as the day that it occurred. I made 7 attempts to get my money and was NEVER told that about the rules. YES they are posted and that should have been relayed to me on the FIRST conversation. Not the fifth and NOT after TWO WEEKS of pulling the money out of the account and I could not have access to it. I don't know what the President wants to disclose. Everything in this thread is FACT. They are NOT allegations, this was just the way MY situation was handled. And because of how bad it was handled I think that the it was bad business on thier part IMO

Cheers
And PEEBS this is not a pissing match, with your "ball is in your court." I'm just relaying to the RX what happened to me at ALLSPORTSMARKET. Which you are obviously affiliated with. It smells like TOUT from you and it should be in SITE PROMOTIONS. But hey this is the RR...so do as you wish.

Peebs
08-27-2005, 05:58 PM
Joe,

First off the statement wasn't intended to start a "pissing match." Not my cup of tea. I used the word allegation because there is a current userbase of over 6,000 active traders that have access to the open forums on the site. And you would think that if the customer service was incompetant and they processed cheque requests slowly - the forums would be littered with these types of statements. That just isnt the case sir. They run a good ship over there and are very proud of their customer relations.

Yes I am affiliated with the site as I am active trader at the moment and am trying to spread the word about what I feel is the most reveloutionary sports gaming site on the internet. You have no idea how big this thing is going to get in the coming years.

I have conveyed your request to Chris and the operations department is currently creating the audit trail file.

Enjoy your weekend.

Dear Joe,

The operations department has sent the info and it is as follows. I don't want to post the chat logs as some of the content would be unacceptable for therx.com forums.

1. 7/25/2005 9:19:00 AM Withdrawal request ($114.82)
2. 7/25/2005 9:19:00 AM - Automatic email notification requesting I.D. documents sent to: xxxxxx@aol.com (xxxxxx@aol.com)

3. Fax from "718 9x8 xxxx" - 1 page(s), Caller-ID: 718-9x8-xxxx
Mon, 15 Aug 2005 17:06:01 +0000 - I.D. information received
4. Check mailed Monday 8/22/05 per posted schedule for cleared payments ending Friday August 19, 2005

Joe, now unless you did not receive the first email asking for the documents, that sure is a long time in between the email asking for them, and you faxing the required information.

When all is said and done, I am just happy that you got your money back.

Good Luck with your other investments.

Against popular belief this site is heading for huge things FAST. The first NFL team has just inquired about possible partnership agreements, as well as a Spanish Soccer team.

Like I said Peebs, it was just my story of how ALLSPORTSMARKET handled "My Situation." More importantly how HORRIBLE they handled it. In those CHAT logs that you are so conviently LEAVING OUT....Which for anyone who is concerend contains NOTHING OFFENSIVE, VULGAR, OR OTHERWISE UNPOSTABLE....The only thing it does show is that I had FOUR (4) or FIVE (5) conversations with ALLSPORTSMARKET customer service and NEVER did they mention that I needed to fax anything in, in fact they never mentioned that the money was not on its way. Only AFTER I contacted them for the 5th time and told them I never recieved an e-mail NOR my money did someone who actually knew what was going on, tell me how to go about getting my money. And like I said the money was taken out of the account the minute I made the so-called withdrawal. SO Peebs do me a favor and post the chats you have my permission, because your really painted some "rose colored glass" picture when in fact...it is opposite. You can even just read this thread and see that I kept chatting with LILY and never was told a DAMN THING. You do what you want now PEEBS, this is now a joke, just like the site that you are TOUTING....Final words this should be in SITE PROMOTIONS.....

But go ahead and post those chats...I have the times of all of them so be sure not to leave any out...OK

Cheers and I wish your site and you nothing but the best....Like the age old saying goes there's one born everyday....

Joe,

For starters this website has every right to be in this thread since it pertains to financial investments and market simulations.

I have simply been passing on information as it pertains to the development and progression of this novel concept. I would not call that TOUTING.. since I am not selling picks or anything for that matter... if anything the site is very gracious to new users and provides great incentives - that is if you follow the rules.

Like I said before and I will say agin, if this rotten inadaquate customer sevice you speak of is common practice; why are the ASM forums not littered with the same views you share.

Look, you didn't follow the rules that were clearly emailed to you and it took longer than usual to get your initial investment back.

I will get back to you regarding the chat logs, but as it stands now - Mr. Rabalais has informed me that some of the content is profane and would be unacceptable to submit in ths thread.

Good Day.

That is a bunch of bull and everyone here knows it. I have been an insightfull member at therx and have numerous posts on various subjects. As I said I am just passing along what happened to ME. I don't lie and I do not try and hide behind someone else. There is nothing in those chat logs, OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT ALLSPORTSMARKET WAS AT FAULT. End of story. I will not respond to anymore of this nonsense. The site IMO is not worth joining. And please don't write another smokescreen, unless it contains the five (5) chats I had with customer service rep LILY.

Today my advisors, legal team and myself will begin the process of locating at least 3 potential underwriters for our public offering.

The upcoming closing of our private placement on October 8, 2005 signals the start of this process.

We do expect institutional interest in ASMA1 over this closing period as underwriters see substantial profit opportunity beyond simply proving marketability of an issue (which has and is being clearly demonstrated here).

As well, we will open parallel discussions with the investment banking houses to establish a partnership as I've previously outlined in another thread.

More to follow.

1. Don't forget to login tommorow to be part of the NCAAB remaining Division 1 teams that are being IPOed at 3 pm EST. All teams are starting @ $2.50 with a float of 400. Some teams will be an excellent investment who are dominant in their respective divisions.

2. Also October 8th and the Costa Rica vs USA FIFA soccer match is fast appraching. This also marks the close of the Private Placement of corporate shares for allsportmarket.com (http://www.allsportsmarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465). The way things are going ladies and gents, the remaining 17,000+ shares will not even make it until this date.

Gaming shares in general are very hot these days, and @ $1.48 US/share I personally think this company has the potential to be HUGE in the rapidly changing industry.

ASM is currently in negotiations with underwriters for the PUBLIC IPO next AUGUST (exactly 2 years after the site went live). And it has been hinted that the current private placement shares are to be valued at $10 + when it hits the open market next year. Look all I am saying is if you love sports and the financial markets this is one stock you want to add to your portfolio ASAP!!!

3. Who ever was following the news this week, saw a wealth of news articles and stories on TRADING SPORTS... PROTRADE just went live and must have spent a pretty penny to get the publicity it has in the last week.

Just remember folks.. ALLSPORTSMARKET.COM (http://www.allsportsmarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465) set the precedent and is 2 years ahead of these other sites... It just adss more credibility to the viability of such gaming operations.

If you have been out of the loop, here are the articles on PROTRADE, a market dealing only with INDIVIDUAL player shares withing only one league - the NFL. ASM currently covers teams and players in OVER 30 LEAGUES!!!

Thursday Septmeber 29th 2005:

Well I hope some of you took advantage of the extremely sensitive information regarding the private placement of this company that anyone could have obtained for the last couple months on allsportsmarket.com (http://www.allsportsmarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465)....

Because as the the CEO and President stated this afternoon.. that's all folks!!

At exactly 6:41pm Eastern on September 28, 2005, the 250,000 share private placement available for sale on AllSportsMarket.com under the symbol ASMA1 completely sold out.

The private placement ASMA1 shares are real and legally valid now.

They will convert to shares that will be placed on deposit with your broker prior to the August 9, 2006 first public offer.

When selling your shares, you must endorse them on the back side (per the listed instructions) to convey to the buyer.

We expect to price the offer at $10 or more. So, yes, they will be valued at that amount.

If you've ever watched a hot release, they often trade at much higher levels on the same day they were released.

Ladies and gents for those who did not heed my advice I can safely say that you will be :kicking: in the behind for not having bought any of this gaming company at 0.98 to 1.48 / share when you had the opportunity.

Next year when this thing goes public, a lot of the 6500 users on the site will be very wealthy individuals for having invested their time, money and confidence in the next internet sports revolution.

I
ts ok, because come superbowl sunday if you want to still get in on these shares, you can when they unlock and trade freely on the exchnage for a couple months leading up to the full public offering.

Stay tuned for more information!

Good night.

Just glancing back over this... surprised the poster above had problems, the automated reciept has a section saying if this is your first time, read this.. or similar..

Anyone still doing well here, withdrawn 4 dimes now (back to Neteller in ~24 hours each time), and have a few investments in company stock which I think is a decent proposition..

Would still encourage posters to try it out if you haven't done so, not sure what the current offer is (maybe Peebs can advise), but the longer you wait, the more the shares increase ;-)

State of the Exchange - October 1, 2005

Vital information for September, 2005

Shares traded: 398,195
Volume: $4,340,655.21

Index on 9/1/05: 6,462.11
Index on 9/30/05: 7,099.95
Net change: + 637.84 (+ 9.87%)

Market volume rose an amazing 28.3% during the month of September 2005. This is the third consecutive month of rising volume with September seeing the largest gains during the 90 day period.

Expected lower dollar volume was a direct result of trading focused around ASMA1, inexpensive IPO releases and the new $25 split level.

The standard commission system was reinstated during September for comparison against the August 'No Fees for Price Makers' test. ASM will examine the results over the coming weeks to determine the best path going forward for AllSportsMarket.com (http://www.AllSportsMarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465)and its traders.

At exactly 6:41 P.M. U.S. Eastern Time on September 28, 2005 the 250,000 share portion of the ASM private placement completely sold out. The entire offer will close on Saturday October 8, 2005 with the termination of the Costa Rica vs. U.S.A. 2006 World Cup qualifying match in Costa Rica.

Town hall meeting set for Thursday October 6, 2005 at 8:00pm Eastern.

1)

A very careful analysis of the current plundering system is underway.

At this point, I am in agreement that a change must be employed to create more natural price action resulting from team/player performance.

As this would be a substantial change in the operation of the market, it will be employed with extreme care. As well, it would be phased in as to not shock the market.

Feel free to continue discussion of this very important issue but don't post it here in this thread.

2)

In harmony with our stated goals of being the World's only sports stock market, bonus money can not exist.

It must be systematically and completely removed from the system in the months following January 1, 2006.

Until that time, it can be used and existing offers will be honored.

These processes will begin January 1, 2006.

State of the Exchange - November 3, 2005

Vital information for October, 2005

Game shares traded: 266,335
Market USD volume: $3,193,007.35

ASM Index on 10/1/05: 7,063.29
ASM Index on 10/31/05: 6,177.50
Net change: - 885.79 (- 12.54%)

Gross client base: + 6.74%
Average user session time (daily): 4.22 hours (+ 6.32 %)

Overall trading volume was lighter than normal during the month of October 2005. The decline in the index was primarily attributable to the introduction of lower priced leagues. Many players also returned to cash for their first installment toward their Cornerstone Partner blocks.

The ASMA1 private placement was successfully closed during the first week of the month. This begins the 120 day lockup period leading to open trading on AllSportsMarket.com (http://www.AllSportsMarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465) Super Bowl Sunday 2006.

The entire Costa Rican First Division soccer league became the first ASM League Partner (LP) just two short months after signing with the World Cup 2006 Costa Rican National team.

All 12 teams governed by UNAFUT were released with a near 100% sell out in the first week. This first demonstration of the power of the ASM platform was a total success and will serve as a shining example for league partner meetings over the coming weeks and months. A co-branded merchandising test will start shortly to complete the demonstration package for future partners.

Preliminary meetings were held in Canada to reach terms in pursuit of one or more North American Major League Partners. Follow up meetings are scheduled through the end of the year.

The Canadian portal AllSportsMarket.CA (http://www.allsportsmarket.ca) was launched in October with an initial run of market tests in the Toronto area. Further development and testing are underway.

AllSportsMarket.com (http://www.AllSportsMarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465) hosted two ASM clients for the Costa Rica (ASM:FICOS) vs. U.S.A. (ASM:FIUSA) match in Costa Rica. The guests enjoyed watching the passionate match as Costa Rica decisively won 3-0. We are now developing the plan to maximize the exposure now guaranteed from the 2006 World Cup.

Its been a while ladies and gentleman, but we are due for new update as a lot has transpired in the last month. Let us first start with the November state of the exchange.

State of the Exchange - December 4, 2005

Vital information for November, 2005

Game shares traded: 235,430
Market USD volume: $3,321,216.14

ASM Index on 11/1/05: 6,189.31
ASM Index on 11/30/05: 5,721.52
Net change: - 467.79 (- 7.55%)

Gross client base: + 8.17%
Average user session time (daily): 4.92 hours (+ 16.58 %)

Dollar trading volume increased on lower share volume due to more trading in the higher priced issues.
Some Cornerstone Partners continued selling game shares to finance their investment driving the
Index marginally lower during November 2005.

NCAA Basketball opened in November, 2005 paying shareholders a record $371,571.26 after the first series of matches.

Terms were reached in Canada during November 2005 to put the process in motion to establish a corporate presence there (with possible relocation being considered) . Further meetings with important sports, media, corporate and Government leaders are expected during December 2005 and January 2006. These will happen in both Canada and Costa Rica.

The Cornerstone Bridge Market Suite final testing was completed. This system, available only to Cornerstone Partners, will form a subsantial foundation for the participants while creating a rapid upward spiral of market liquidity. Further details will become available during the month of December 2005. Deployment will take place the first week of January 2006.

Major changes were finalized to enhance the current dividend system and create a more price/performance and balanced marketplace. These changes will take effect in January 2006.

The number of unique traders (in the market at any given time) increased just over 4% during the month of November 2005. This indicates greater login frequency and time on the site.

A lot of changes are being implemented in the new year to try and contunue to build Allsportsmarket.com (http://www.AllSportsMarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465) into the leader among fantasy sports and gaming websites.

=============================
www.allstarsmarket.com (http://www.allstarsmarket.com) Launch

The traders and investors in AllSportsMarket.com will welcome a new site http://www.AllStarsMarket.com. The puprose of this new website is to allow for ease of adverstising without restrictions and to serve as an educational entry point into ASM. Since the goal would obviosuly to be to draw FREE players over to ASM.

This has proven very effective according to the 60 minutes article (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/11/17/60minutes/main1052420.shtml) that just aired.

Poker sites all have .NETs which are FREE pay sites where they learn how to play poker. allstarsmarket.com will serve the same function by offering a free platfrom from which to trade shares of their favorites athletes for prizes.

This new enterprise will be operated as a United States corporation and be 51% owned and controlled by AllSportsMarket.com (http://www.AllSportsMarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465) and it's shareholders.
====================================

VERY IMPORTANT DIVIDEND RECONFIGURATION

In an effort to create a more perfromance based liquid market, the AFL will undergo the following changes before applying the coniguration to existing leagues in 2006 with minor modifcations on a league by league basis.

The AFL season pool will payout on December 26, 2005 and then cease to exist (for this league).

A winning team will plunder 50% of a losing team's dividend pool (ranking is irrelevant).

The resulting sum will pay 25% to the shareholders of record at the end of each match.

Also:

25% of the dividend pool will be paid to shareholders of record on:

March 31
June 30
September 30
December 31

The first covered match is January 27, 2006.

This change affects only Arena Football League (AFL) at this time.

Bonus money turns over to a margin account

As always, this will be a very fair conversion.

This is an essential step in moving AllSportsMarket.com (http://www.AllSportsMarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465) toward the stated goals and moving away from the standard 'gambling' view that many first time observers react to.

More details will follow.

===============================================

Exciting times ahead that's for sure, check out the site ladies and getleman, it continues to grow and bring in new users every day.

My prediction is that allsportsmarket.com (http://www.AllSportsMarket.com/Index.asp?affiliate=3465) will be a household name in the gaming industry by the end of 2006.

It would be a shame for some of you to miss out on this amazing investment opportunity that I have been sharing with you since the summer.

With the recent arrests of offshore sportsbook CEO's in the US, is it conceivable to think that a regulated and leagalized sports stock exchange could stabilize the industry?

The reason I ask this question is because after getting involved with this start-up company from Costa Rica that is currently presenting their novel sports derivative stock exchange to US congressmen and senior level finanical experts in Virgina.

By creating a legalized regulated, non-gambling method of tying team performance to financial incentives, and then subsequently taxing the transactions; wouldn't any government be in favor of recoveing millions of dollars that go offshore every year to sports wagering outfits?

If you have some time please listen to this radio interview between the President and CEO Chris Rabalais and a WCCO 830 Minneapolis News/Talk Radio personality Dark Star.

Also please check out www.myspace.com/allsportsmarket (http://www.myspace.com/allsportsmarket) for more information and past PR and media tv clips.

I'm really interested to hear some constructive comments from all of you faithful RX members. Not to mention the NFL derivative sector is very hot right now and a lot of money to go around in the forms of dividends.

(Thought it would be a good time to bump this thread, as its been a long time since I updated it. I will be adding some more information in the coming days.)

If you want to send your personal information, including your social security number, to a Costa Rican entity, I suggest you go ahead and post up w/ ASM. If you want to see missed deadlines, deleting of any posts in their public forum that are critical of the company, as well as threats of having your account closed for being critical, then I suggest you sign up at ASM. If you do not want to see any of these things, I would STAY FAR AWAY. ASM has been tooting their own horn about going public for a long time now, just read the prior posts in this thread by Peebs, they've missed their deadline time and time again. There are extreme holes in the operations of ASM in which the US will never allow them to become public, in my opinion.

I agree w/ a previous post, this should go into the Promotions forum. Just because it has to do with investing means nothing, Peebs is trying to get a referral bonus here. Do we allow sportsbook/tout promotions in the open sports forums just because it has to do with sports? NO!!

Peebs

Mr. Bombay,

you are way off with you claims, but that's ok. I do not deny that they have missed deadlines, you are correct. I don't deny that some things have not occured according to plan. But mark my word, that the sum of all these deterrents won't compare to what is just around the corner.

Are you a trader? What experience do you have to make these statements. I am very open to hearing these grievances you speak of. Any business development process has its ups and down my friend, especially one in which the end goal is to create a new financial instruments, get it regulated, and then create a whole new exchange for the sports derivative contracts to be traded on.

Trying to collect a referral bonus, sure, why noe... I belive in the site, I support it, I pass along relevant information, and leave it up to YOU the investor to make an educated decision if you are willing to test the water. No one us forcing anyones hand here my friend.

I have given a ton of information in this thread over the last year and a half, and its how you the reader interprets and analyzes it that really matters.

Not pulling teeth here my friend, you either think its a good concept and try it out, or you don't.

Have a good night.

Hi my name is Shawn (AKA PainsMyName everywhere you go)! For the most part everything Peebs read here is true. This site is opn the up and up. Unbeilieavable things are happening and its in everyone best interest to sign up before this company gets so big it wil make it a lot harder to earn money. I started the low min deposit lets say under $100 and have withdrew over $14,000 in case and have an account worth 20k as we speak. I got in at the right time, and there is still ampple time to check this place out and give it a try. To be honest I have even wrote reposts on how ASM (AllSportsMarket) has changed my life. The guy behind the scense Chris is a great man and is the kind of guy you can trust. I have meet him personally and was welcomed with arms wide open. I am no being paid to write this down but just oput of good heart. I wouls love for this company to take over all bookies/sports betters and start a whole new stock market world. If you can make money on how good a company does why cant you make money on how good a team does. I recommend everyone to try this out or at least go and check it out. If you dont understand it there a tons of good people at ASM who are willing to lend a hand and help you understand.

Hope to see you there!

Joe,

December 31st 2006 was the last day that ASMA1 could be traded on their exchange. To satisfy the regulation/legislation process in the US, they had to cease trading of the private placement shares. This is to prepare for the public IPO that Chris says is scheduled for Q4 of this year on NASDAQ.

I am crossing my fingers cause I got quite a few shares as well. the last 2:1 split was also very nice!!

I'll keep the board updated with regulation procedures and the IPO.

The Jock Exchange

Wall Street is about to launch a new way to trade professional athletes the way you trade stocks. A piece of Tiger, anyone?

When financial historians look back and ask why it took Wall Street so long to create the first public stock market that trades in professional athletes, they will see ours as an age of creative ferment. They'll see a new, extremely well-financed company in Silicon Valley that, for the moment, sells itself as a fantasy sports site but aims to become, as its co-founder Mike Kerns puts it, “the first real stock market in athletes.” And they'll find, in the bowels of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, an application from a cryptic entity called A.S.A. Sports Exchange containing a description of a design for just such a market: The athlete would sell 20 percent of all future on-field or on-court earnings to a trust, which would, in turn, sell securities to the public. They'll also single out the birth of the first European hedge fund that runs a multimillion-dollar portfolio of professional soccer players, the value of which rises and falls with the players' performances.

“The fans have always had an emotional investment without a [legal] financial one,” says a leading sports agent, one of the principals of the A.S.A. Sports Exchange, who prefers to remain nameless. “This is taking emotion and putting it to financial use. Screw this putting 300 bucks into a pot at work. This is ‘everyone get online and open your account at Ameritrade.' The fans will be in the same position as the owners of sports teams—they'll be making money off [the players] or losing money on them. They'll just have more flexibility than the owners.”

As a number of smart people seem to have noticed at once, professional athletes have all the traits of successful publicly traded stocks, beginning with enormous speculative interest in them. Americans wager somewhere between $200 billion and $400 billion a year on sports, and between 15 million and 25 million of them play in fantasy leagues—which is to say that a shadow stock market in athletes already exists. That market may not know everything there is to know about the athletes it values, but it probably knows more than New York Stock Exchange investors know about the N.Y.S.E.'s public corporations. “People worry about lack of transparency in sports,” says the leading sports agent. “My newspaper this morning has two and a half pages of business news and 17 pages of sports. The day after the game, you know Peyton Manning's thumb is hurt. What do you know about the C.E.O. of I.B.M.?”

Professional and even pre-professional athletes have a long list of investors who might like to hedge their bets—a list topped by the athletes themselves. In general, athletes with the least-certain future will be the most likely to want to sell a piece of it to advance themselves a bit of cash, just in case. Tiger Woods is a prime candidate to launch the new market. But Tiger Woods' financial future is secure; he's the sports equivalent of a blue-chip stock. The 21-year-old who is new to the tour or the 18-year-old who is still a few years away from the tour is a different story. They need capital.

Again, the analogy with the stock market holds. The early-stage company (or young and less proven athlete) makes for a volatile asset. At 28, after seven years in the major leagues, pitcher Barry Zito has just signed a seven-year, $126 million guaranteed contract with the San Francisco Giants. The market knows with near certainty that Zito will be paid that amount over the next seven years, so all the action in Zito's stock would be bets on what he'll earn after the age of 35. Two years ago, Zito would have been a lot more interesting. An investment in the 26-year-old Zito would have come with big risks—a wager not only on his talent and health but also on the market for starting pitchers in the major leagues—but would have paid off nicely. Seven years ago, Zito would have been where the action was. A gamble then on the 21-year-old star of the minor league Sac-ramento River Cats could have made you rich.

Yep, I hope it stays here. As I have said previously, this site is a joke. I would not reccomend it to anyone. The "stocks" are illiquid and the operational side is ineffective. The customer service is among the worst I have ever seen. I put in a small amount of money about 2 years ago and have attempted a few withdrawals since then. My first withdrawal went fine, but ever since then I have had nothing but problems. My second withdrawal of around $300 took over 2 months to process. I have attempted my second withdrawal of just over $200 within the past week and they put my account on hold stating that they did not have all of my information before the "deadline." This informaiton I speak of is my Social Security number, ID #, bank account information, place of employment, etc. I don't really think anyone wants to give this information to an overseas entity. (Yeah yeah they'r going public in the US amidst all of the gambling issues....right) Sad thing is that this information was not required when I initially signed up and I never agreed to any of it. Now they are keeping my money on hold. This is one of the most unethical companies I have seen. I do hope they go public. Once they do I will make sure that their name is all over the place. As a public accountant I know that companies like this are never successful in the long term. I warn you to stay away!!

Thanks for the kind words Joe. I know we had our spats in the past - but glad to have worked through some of the nonsense. That article you posted I did in fact read and as they say "imitation is the sincerest form of flaterry." Although they are not specifically mentioning ASM, the article does speak to whats just around the corner.

I am gonna post some more updated information for thos who want to read up on the company and where its going in the next year. As well there is still a private placement opportunity.

As for DEPOMED joe, I think its agoing to be a great summer once they reach a settlement on the infringement and get the results on GABA and make some deals for the other drugs. at $4/share its still a flipping bargain.. look at XNPT :think2:

I'll keep adding to this thread like I have been for the last 2 years as more information about ASM becomes available.

GL to all

Peebs,

I question the validity of your so called expert video.

Firstly, Dr. Alper Ozgit graduated his Ph.D in the summer of 2006 which means he is far from an expert, I am also a student of Financial Markets and Economics and can point out many flaws in his argument.

Secondly, Alper Ozgit was the winner of the AllSportsMarket.com Fly and Qualify 2006 World Cup contest. He received this prize on October 8, 2005, which would have been before he graduated his Ph.D.

This is incredibly unethical, since the company considers a so-called expert and a contest winner to be the same person.

So either Alper Ozgit was already afiliated with the site and the contest was rigged or his positive experience with a contest winning gave him a biased view of the site. Either of these options will fully discredit his expert opinion.

This link show the contest winner.

Art is dead on with this. I would advise everyone to proceed with cuation with this place. I had some money, although not a lot, and they have canceled my account and will not respond to my emails. I have also been told by others that they are being investigated by the FBI. I don't know if this is true, but it is what I have been told. Please note that the president of ASM ran a somewhat similar operation prior to ASM that went broke and left a lot of people out of their money as well. As I have stated previously, do a search for ASM and you will find that peebs is advertising. I don't know if he still gets commission, but I do know he used to get commissions from ASM for new customers.

The affiliate program has long been discontinued. I am passing on information, that is all!

And its easy to tell one side of the story and not the other. The only reason accounts have been suspended or canceled are because clients have not provided the proper documentation to identify their accounts as they make the transition to a US based governed business. I do not know your story, so I will not speculate. Sorry you had problems!

Art,

You are correct, I just want my motives to be crystal clear. If it turns out I'm wrong about ASM, I couldn't be more pleased. I am not a user of the site nor have I thrown away money into its alledgedly illegally issued stock (sorry but I had to take the jab). My concern is about family and friends who have put their money into the site and I am concerned if they don't get out quick they'll lose it.

Bascially a quick study of how derivatives are traded in the real world will reveal that ASM calls its products derivatives but trades them like stock.
- Derivatives don't IPO, the are under written by either side, meaning users of the site should be able to buy/sell on each side of contracts (i.e. you can write/buy call option and write/buy put options)
- The market data provided is fixed, ASM's market index reflects the top stocks, meaning if any stock does poorly it will soon be replaced by a better performer. In general indexes remained constant in content and only have revisions based on the weight of the stocks involved.
- Furthermore, and examination of the market index will reveal and approximate drop in the market cap from $45M to $40M over the last 6 months roughly (www.sportsderivativestrader.com) which is a drastic drop for any market without an sign of recovery
- Also, examining the events leading to the demise of wartrade.com (another fictitious trading site run by Chris) will show that ASM is not built on a steady foundation

To summarize, I sincerely hope I am wrong about ASM and everyone involved strikes it rich. If my comments do anything, I hope it is that some people take my concerns to either a lawyer or a certified trader/broker/CFA etc..

I hate internet forum flame wars and my only goal is the truth.

- Arthur

Wow i never thought i would find ASM in here.funny, thought i would check that thread since never paid any visit to this section.
I have been member of ASM as well as affiliate since early 2005,actually this was introduced to me by someone who was addicted to it and promoted it online and offline very heavily, anyhow to sum things up,i made a c/c deposit to that site and he manage my portfolio.i never went into the technicalities there and how liquid is the market or not..i left my initial deposit to grow there not cashing or withdrawing anything for nearly 18 months, during that time my portfolio has been appreciated in value and total return that guy has made me on screen virtually was around 500% .
Well as soon as i tried to cash out i started 7 sections of hell with this company.from sending them identity documnets and c/c scans and info for verifications, zillion times, and plenty of promises to be paid by their live chat support and each time waiting and waiting..after 3-4 months!! without any progress i decided to become more active trying to get some of my money and profit in there out,by then the value of their virtual stocks has decreased and from the 500% it turned into 350%,still guess can't complain for no effort, yet each time i am being told cheque has been sent and nothing in my mail box..after 4 months of that crap and multipe empty promises,i posted on their forums my story..in 2 seconds it was removed by one fo their moderators..and same wemt for some time..eventually after threats in legal action i was refered to the ceo Chris what ever and then it took another 2-3 months before i finally saw partial payout of my portfolio,i still have some shares in there but up to date never bothered returning into that site which turns into nightmare when asking payout.guess what the cheque was fine but today when trying to log in ,it seems my account was deleted.ah well..i will NOT recommend anyone this crap, they good sucking your money and let you think you trade..if one want to trade,go do so with forex, real stocks or betting exchanges..this is total joke..pathetic..to get less than 2k had to wait nearly 8 months! fortunately by early 2007 i was done with then even owed more, never bothered returning up to date when i saw that thread.

Over and out.

Well i did get quick reposnse by email to my querry about failure to log in.So they ask me to resend new identity docs and c/c copies since the documents on file old and not good anymore for the US govrnment requirements of documents to be less than 6 months old.till this is done my account status remains on HOLD.once was enough so no thanks, they can keep it on hold.probably what i had left in there over a year ago worth virtually even much less now and the nightmare to get your money once was one time too much for me.
