Do any of you have a good MMA that you really like? Good rates, website, etc?

I have an account w/ MetLifeBank at 3.10% APY. I found a bank called, Emmigrant Bank that offers 3.5% w/ no minimum balance. I was thinking about funding an account there. MetLife requires a $5,000 min balance. They are offering a $50 bonus right now for new accounts that are open for 90 days.

I haven't confirmed this myself yet, but I have heard Capital One is offering 3.75% MM rate, which would be the only one I've heard of that beats ING.
I believe the person that told me this said the min was $500
