Hamlin Is Technically A Rookie, But He Did Race The Later Part Of Last Year With The Nextel Guys.


He Is From Virginia And He Has Raced Late Model Cars On This Track Since He Was 16. He Has Put More Miles At Martinsville That 2/3 Of The Nascar Drivers. He Finished 11th At Martinsville Last Year.
