I already had Cleveland -162(at nine), now I look over Mansion and and they have Cleveland -173 and Anaheim +164.

So I would be smart to offer Cleveland at -170 (by betting anaheim (offer) for +170). I would go to the front of the line with Cleveland -170 and if someone accepted it than I would have Anaheim +170.

Isn't this smarter than taking Anaheim +164. Don't both parties win (the guy who got Cleveland -170 and me getting Anaheim +170)
