I know this is a very old thread, but they do use western union and moneygram. I put a few hundo in to test the waters, and the moneygram cost me $3.
The wierd thing is, instaid of reimbursing me for the moneygram cost, they CHARGED me, $6 in commission credits. I don't know what's up with that, but it's pretty lame. Overall, it's great for low juice
