Signed up at matchbook. I feel like I've just discovered a pot of gold. I'm sure it's not as easy to make money as I just did ALL THE TIME, so I will tread lightly until I get a feel for swings in games... but it just seemed like common sense to take Toledo -6.5 at -360 the last 4 minutes of the game when they were up 10 points...

I'm sure I'll learn my lesson the first time a turnover results in a recovery for a TD, but for now I'm money.

careful; make sure you actually have value before you bet. Otherwise, it's like taking a -4000 favorite. Sure, they should win, but that one time they don't is going to really suck, and is the favorite really going to win the 41/42 times necessary just to break even?

This is the way forward, betting in running esp on cricket soccer etc is stealing money in the right scenarios.

Did you buy the NY Giants when they were up 21-0 in the 4th quarter against the Titans? That looked like a sure thing. I'm sure there were lots of guys who did. Live betting is great when you're winning. The few times I have lost...I've gotten hit really hard.

I signed up for matchbook 6 weeks ago. This was my first shot at sports betting on line. I am a small player, and started my account with 500. I have gotten real lucky on the live betting 4-5 times. Many times I play the swings in games, and midway thru the 3rd qtr have a win locked up on BOTH sides of the line. But as I said, most of it has been luck so far.

I have built the 500 into 2850, and requested 1000 to be sent to me via bank draft. I made this request 10 days ago, and have not gotten the check yet. I called them today, and was told that checks are now as of 2 weeks ago being sent from the U.K. and that I should wait a few days longer for the check. So I guess I'll wait, as I have no choice.

Does anyone here have any stories about how WITHDRAWS from Matchbook have worked? I'll admit, I am wondering how safe my funds are. Keep in mind, I am not worried about Matchbook as much as I am worried about off shore sites as a whole. I am new to this, and wonder how many times players get torched for $, when a site closes up shop.

Advice?

thanx

MATCHBOOK is as safe as any offshore book in existance..........as they are associated with an A++ sportsbook in WSEX.

Ask ANYBODY that is involved in the offshore world of gambling and they will tell you WSEX is/has been a TOP FLIGHT overall shop.

NETELLER is FREE with MATCHBOOK and in account in less than ONE HOUR on most occassions.

well my limited experience at matchbook is very positive. I always get better lines than is available at most regular bookies online.
