It seems that I'm having a problem opening their site.
I have been trying for 2 weeks.
Sent them 2 emails the first one got a quick reply but didn't help. the second was no response.
Any suggestion??????

Try relocating to Venus.

Seriously though try the usual things, clear cache, cookies and use alternative browsers.

Alternatively you could try connecting to http://204.188.169.6 and see if that works.

That's what the cs told me and i did all those but still can't open the web site

and i also tried the alternate site. it opened just fine but it won't automatically redirect me to the original website. and when i have to click to go to the original website it doesn't open right.

I had trouble using internet explorer browser. But now I always use mozilla firefox. GL.

If you are wireless. Turn the power off in the router for 30 seconds and then boot up.

Matchbook will then come back up. Happens periodically with that site for some reason.

Yes I'm using IE. Could that be the problem. What piss me off is the cs doesn't tell me anything bout it. they don't even reply to my 2 last email.

I'm just too lazy to changed to anything when I'm already comfortable with one thing. I remember when everybody already swithced to IE and I was still using netscape.
