Anybody heard of trouble at superbook.com (sportingbetusa.com)

Hey guys I've used this book out of Luxemberg for about 4 or 5 years and never had a problem with payouts or customer service or anything. They used ot be sportingbetusa.com and switched to superboook.com maybe a year 1/2 - 2 years ago. I always got paid by check sent FedEx in a timely fashion. I requested a payout 2 weeks ago and kept waiting for my confirmation email and after the 10 business days I got this email this morning:.... Ok, I can't copy/paste here so I will attach it as a .txt file.

What do you think is going on here, it sucks since I already having other money frozen in netteller :WTF:

I got the confirmation email yesterday 4/19 for the request I made on 4/1.

Thankfully they weren't BSing me like the Neteller bullshit like I had feared.

Patience is required now more than ever w/ payouts. Many, many sportsbooks are having issues w/ this, but 99% are still paying. Glad you got your $$.

I just received my final payout from Piny. They said it would take five weeks because of all the requests. It took two. Sure going to miss them.
