I've seen many complaints on them.So I figured I'd test them out.
I requested a $200.00 withdrawal Apirl 11 th.
They sent me E-Mail saying it would be 7 to 10 business days.
It has now been 21 days.Nothing.
I sent E-Mail tonight,asking what thier problem is.
Will let you know how it comes out.

i've been waiting on a $2500 withdrawal since June 1. Here's the most recent update as of today (the story does change week to week). CS tells me they don't know when my check will be sent out, but it should be next week. Of course they've told me this every week. At the point at which it is finally sent to the processor it should take 10-15 business days. So, best case scenario is a 6 week turnaround from withdrawal request to check in hand. Just as likely scenario is that after 6 weeks of waiting I hear the same assurances again. I know there are people who have been waiting longer for more money. Just posting my experience here.

Found out any amount over $2500 cannot be sent via DHL COURIER. My cheques werent sent anyway so I told them to split it to $1505 each.

2nd Withdrawl - MAY 29th two cheques for $1505

As of June 29th - Customer service says they expect my cheques to be sent out via DHL courier next week.

As they get money from new suckers, they don't pay off their oldest debts. I've been waiting since June 1st and watched as people from mid-June collect their winnings. Week after week I get the same laughable stock answer that I am languishing at the back of some imaginary, miserable queue with no end in sight. That being said, please sign up with the Jazette sites and give them all your money so I have a chance of being paid down the road.

I believe SB is the best sportbook out there. While I hate the fact it has taken this long to get paid - the reason behind the delay is somewhat understandable.
From my understanding now, this issue with paying us is resolved and things will get back to normal this week.

From my past history with dealing with the sight, whenever I've gotten an e-mail saying a payment was sent out it has always arrived in about two days. I've gotten paid from them after the new laws took effect as well. I'm a little worried but I think everyone will get paid here eventually. It's frustrating though. Look forward to the updates.

Yes I have Wilheim. A friend of mind received an email from sports.com to say withdrawal processed and should receive Fedex check 5-7 business days. It has been more than 10 business days now and still received nothing. I got onto live chat myself regarding my withdrawals but was told still no checks going out of USA so don't know what to believe anymore. (Friend from the same country as I)

Also, Linesmaker is showing they received my emails but chose not to reply.

Hope you can really help. Have been waiting since March and so far received not $1 from them. I don't think being VIP to them means anything whatsoever.

I have resent the email about 3-4 times to both addresses you have indicated. I don’t know what is going on but you seem not receiving them. Anyway, It seems like Sports.com is sending checks to <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Australia</st1:place></st1:country-region> and Linesmaker is not or they simply choosing who and what to send. This I do know - all of the Janzettte Enterprises family of books which includes Sports.com and Linesmaker are paying players every business day. A huge amount of payouts are going out every business day but we are talking about paying players from over 20 sportsbooks so it breaks down to a wait your turn situation to players from all 20 or more Janzette books. Players should not worry that their Janzette book is not getting paid while someone elses different Jnzette book is. The withdrawal pool is being forwarded from Janzette itself drawn from all of their books to what is now four online processor banks using several different couriers that will reach almost anywhere globally.

The problem that caused this serious backlog across the entire Janzette Ent. family of books is after the loss of Neteller for the US and Canadien markets there was only one reliable processor bank functioning but being badly overwhelmed with withdrawals that single processor bank could not hope to keep pace with the daily qoutas needed to pay players promptly. I am now told that three new processor banks have contracts with janzette (giving them a total of four active processor banks) and are in full swing processing withdrawals. Natrually this will speed up everyones withdrawal by a very significant timeframe.

I will post more tomorow evening after speaking with Janzette Ent CSD supervisors.

I was able to email half a dozen players today that checks are en route via DHL or Fed Ex. Another two have withdrawals pending and are looking at 14 to 21 business days tops to receive thir checks.

I am still working on 3 more complicated cases (mainly because they are not from Sportbook.com but other Janzette Enterprises books). I am waiting to get a call backs regarding all three.

The bottom line is players are getting paid but it is a painful process because of the scope of the problem and the amount of money involved overall with the entire janzette family of books.

I will continue to work for every single poster who contacts me until they are paid in full.


Yoshmut, right now your only options are check delivered via DHL or Fed-Ex. Hopefully soon ACH and bankwire options will be viable withdrawal methods for all of the Janzette books.

I am glad to hear that as it is news to me but the more options the better, I will make it a point to inquire on timeframes for this method and post here what I find out.

I had an excellent conversation with a Sortsbook.com CSD supervisor today and also received several emails from players who have received checks over the the last 24 hours.

Bottom line is players are being paid especially the group of players still owed money from early to mid June. Once your withdrawal if forwaded to a processor bank it takes between 3 to 5 working days for that process to cut a check and send the check along to a courier (DHL or FED-EX) which are handling them with priority or overnight delivery status once they reach a courier's central shipping area.

The one problem still unsolved right now is that the ability of couriers to respond efficiently back down the line of communication to Sportsbook.com CSD clerks with tracking numbers is not yet functioning, so unfortunately you most likely will not be able to call Sportsbook.com CSD for a tracking number even if you know a courier has your check. This problem is being worked on and will hopefully be resolved very soon. Also please remember that these upgraded services are happening at all of the Janzette Enterprises family of books not just Sportsbook.com.

Regarding the ACH option, I would advise players to hold off using that method for another month or so as it is still not 100% online.


Anyone having a problem getting paid a legitimate withdrawal at Sportsbook.com or any of it's sister books should email me immediately and I will do my best to help you get paid ASAP.

They've had just about all summer to correct this with no improvement whatsoever. No reason to believe this payout delay will be "fixed" anytime soon. Can't deal with reps that have no clue anymore.

I don't mean to twist your arm to play anywhere but the fact that you finally did get paid (plus I received two emails from players I am assisting privately that they were paid today) tells me that the situation is improving and players are beginning to be paid in large numbers everyday by Sportsbook.com and it's sister books and I really do expect the entire Janzette family of books to catch back up to industry standards regarding withdrawals by the start of football season.

hi i received 4 checks on wednesday from sportsbook.com for 2500.00 each i cant believe im actually getting paid i was almost ready to do chargebacks. they now have paid me a total of 15000.00 but they still owe me 23000.00. but at least i almost have all my deposits back i deposited a total of 23000.00. but im not going to deposit anymore until they have paid me all my money and then im not too sure i want to stay with this book does anyone know of a book that has a good bonus structure. and pays quickly not make you wait for months to get paid i feel like im the bookie chasing down a dead beat i really thought that sportsbook .com would give me something for all the aggravation and interest i was paying on credit cards. oh and by the way i have been waiting since april 28th for my 38000.00 it was 43000.00 but i have lost back 5000.00 i thought they were just waiting for me to lose it all

my situation at sports.com.....

1st withdrawl - APRIL 29th for $3010

Found out any amount over $2500 cannot be sent via DHL COURIER. My cheques werent sent anyway so I told them to split it to $1505 each.

2nd Withdrawl - MAY 29th two cheques for $1505

As of June 29th - Customer service says they expect my cheques to be sent out via DHL courier next week.

I actually made some good money on the site this week - around 3500 - just made 3 wds for it and have 3 others pending so Im giving the sportsbook another shot even though i have over 3k outstanding over 2 months plus. I believe the monies will come as some of it has - just takes time and given the fact Im not near vegas - I can deal with the wait as long as the monies come. If the wait time increases past 3 months - I will no longer play

Unfortunately for players in countries other than the US and Canada there is a problem with Sportsbook.com contracting an international courier. I keep asking and have been told that a deal with UPS Global is being worked on. I have two cases effected by this situation one is Chenkeke and the other who lives in Europe also has a US address and was able to get paid.

I will keep pressing fpr a solution.
