There are better books out there, especially concerning cash-out speed. But BetRoyal often offers great bonuses, and if you get one it might well be worth playing at BetRoyal. I have made several withdrawals in the past seven months and have always received my money, although it took some weeks sometimes.

If you win big forget getting paid. Why play at a risky book that has a history of fucking over winners. WHY?????

I turned 100 into 2,450 this weekend at Betroyal....am planning on cashing out 2 DIMES tom. Should I be worried? And if they were to give me problems, could the rx forum help me resolve the problem? I heard Betroyal was a good book but am concerned by some of the posts Im reading regarding their payout integrity. Please advise Im really worried!
PS: THANK YOU BRAD LIDGE!:dancefool

Good luck on your payout. I am fairly sure you will get paid routinely as long as you meet rollover requirements.
Regarding The Rx.com helping you, there are no guarantees as BetRoyal is not a sponser and has all new management (none of whom I know).
My advice is to submit your withdrawal and see how it goes. Natrually if they will not pay you at all I will try to help but cannot guarantee they will even talk to me.
Please consider using Rx.com sponsers in the future and you will have nothing to worry about as far as getting paid goes under circumstances like the ones you describe above.
Best of luck, wilheim...

thank you Doug for wishing me luck on my payout. I cashed out $1,600 and they are supposed to have my control number for me by 600 PM eastern time. I am optomistic that its going to work out well.
Thanks for the response Wilheim, and for the pledge to make an attempt to help me should it be neccessary...I think its going to be okay though. Best of luck to all, Alan

Something you might want to be aware of....I have done business with SBG GLOBAL for a while now, and I see that they are one of your sponsors. I know this for a fact----BETROYAL was bought by SBGGLOBAL, and they under the same ownership. This is not hearsay or speculation...they are in fact under the same ownership. Their lines are set up identically, and even the automated operator when you call the telephone number for both books have the same voice. You guys have SBG rated pretty good? Just thought you might like to know that these guys are the same. Have a great day!

It may have changed under the new ownership but with the former customer support personnel it was useful to regularly inquire after your pay-out, it seemed to go faster this way than simply waiting.

I noticed that SBG Global is one of your sponsors. SBG Global owns Bet Royal. SBG Global routinely steals the winnings of players who win decent amounts. If you win a decent amount they will freeze your account and accuse you of fraud, while they "investigate". Only, the investigation won't include talking to you, which they will refuse to do when you call to find out why they have frozen your account.
I know this because they just did it to me. I know of 30 other people they have done this too also.
SBG Global is a deposit only book. If you win any significant amount they will rob you. Since Bet Royal is owned by SBG Global, and they use the same software and the same call center, Bet Royal will do that too. I have an account at both places, both accounts frozen while I am accused of fraud while they "investigate". Its a funny kind of investigation since they refuse to talk to me and have not contacted me in any way. I have nothing to hide and would be happy to give them any information they might need to "investigate".
Stay away from SBG Global and Bet Royal unless you like making deposits only and don't want to make withdrawals.

You should email Wil or a mod with your account information and issue. Someone will get some information for you.

SBG Global is a huge book with thousands of well treated players. I rarely as in almost never get a complaint about SBG Global and have not had to settle a dispute in over a year.
Now that they have purchased BetRoyal maybe I can be more helpful but the bottom line is I still have no contacts at BetRoyal but like I said earlier in the thread I will try to help but cannot guarantee success like I can with an actual Rx.com sponser if a player contacts me with a legitimate dispute. I am talking about one where he/she has completed all the necessary requirements to receive a legitimate withdrawal.

For what it's worth, I can absolutely confirm that SBG's purchase of Betroyal has been finalized. The final holdup in the Representations and Warranties -- concerning an obscure aspect of British banking (escrow) law -- has been solved. The Purchase Price has been sent; the deal is done.

I have an SBG account also, and they froze this account also. I have completed all necessary requirements to receive a legitimate withdrawal. I have received several small withdrawals. The same people that run SBG now run Bet Royal. When you call the Bet Royal number you talk to the same people who answer the phone when you call the SBG number. The Bet Royal number is forwarded to the SBG number.
I will send you the details of the SBG account.
I don't see how you can say that SBG never treats players like this, I found a lot of cases online where they stiffed players with large winnings.

Payout via Western Union in the amount of $1,600 when as smooth as could be through BetRoyal last night. Sent only 100 to them initially so thats a pretty good win off of a hundred bucks. Am cashing out 1500 more tonight and do not anticipate any problems at all. So far so good, as far as BetRoyal is concerned. I will keep all of you informed as to what happens but so far everything seems to be on the up and up.

this is in addition to several payments that SBGGLOBAL has paid to me in the past couple of years...many of which were over 1,000 dollars....so Im not quite sure what you guys are talking about....

Took me 9 months a few years ago to cash out $7200 at SBG Global. If I didn't go out of my way to make non stop noise for 9 months pretty sure I probably would not of gotten paid.
IMO, SBG = Total Scum.

My friend., Im glad you are getting paid but the only reason you are getting paid is because they know you are posting and wouldnt be stupid as to not pay you now. Seriously man, Royal is well known for years of screwing over big winners and playing the keep them on the property game.. Why would you choose this book when there are so many with good reputations who have never even once screwed over winners? Why give them your business when they have ruined peoples lives? Royal will never have the respect of serious players because for many years there owner, Tej Kohil robbed players blind for no reason. He did it at Royal and other casinos as well. Dont take the chance bro!!!! Way too many legit books out there for you. Here are some books that I was paid over ten grand at. Bet Jamaica, Heritage, Betonline, Wsex, and Cris. Please dont support scum like royal!!!
