Bookmaker issues???

Bookmaker is trying to tell me that I have been playing with $500 that got credited back to my card from March 18th. Five months ago. I do not have any idea what they are talking about. Has anyone else ever had this happen or not?

I can't beleive a book would let you play with 500 for five months that you really did not have in there>


Anyone with suggestions please let me know.

Nope it's not resolved and now Im getting the run around from these people.
