Bodog cashout issue

Having a problem with a withdrawal.
Recieved 500 already, 800 cashout is pending and on its way.
The problem is there was a withdrawal for 700 in between those.
Call up bodog since the 700 withdrawal was requested before the 500 and the 500 shows up first?
Bodog says they have no info at all and doesnt even have a record of me cashing out for 700, this is the real kicker.
What are u supposed to do in a situation like this?

I will address this for you with BODOG Management during normal business hours on Friday. Note BODOG is on Pacific Daylight Time which means it will be afternoon in the East before I can get any information.
