I have a guy in my league that wants to make a trade with me for Travis Henry. I have Deshaun Foster my #4 or 5 backup and he is offering Deangelo Williams, Brandon Jacksonv (GB Rook) and Santurdio Holmes for Henry and Reggie Brown. Is there any upside to this especially since Henry tweaked his knee? The other option is for Henry/M Turner/R Brown for Holt and Deangelo Williams. Any opinions are welcome. I have a feeling I would be trading a 1500 yard back if he stays healthy.

I'd hold on to Travis Henry. The RB situation in Carolina is too murky to have to use two spots to get the production of one Travis Henry. I know his knee is a little dinged up but he's a top 10 fantasy RB when healthy. Holt should see his stats go down some this year as the Rams run more... I think you hold on to Henry who could easily make the jump into #1 RB this year.

stick with what you have. Holt is coming off knee surgery too. He is giving you the proverbial pupu platter for a sure fire starter and Reg Brown, who could very well be a solid #2 by year's end.

Thanks guys, I was leaning towards no, but I wanted to make sure that I was covering myself... now I proposed this one earlier, but Michael Turner and Andre Johnson for Jerious Norwood and Deion Branch... this is a keeper league and he needs Turner to handcuff his LT position. This would give me a legit starter as my backups are Turner, Chester Taylor and Deshaun Foster. My other WR's are Andre Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald as the #1 and 2.
