This play might as well be considered money in the bank. Honestly this number will be very off and I am just waiting for all books to get the lines. I will probably only be able to get down 20 units before the line moves at all books but might be inclined to bet the number they change the line too after I bet it!! So therefore what good is his pick if you tag along and the game result ends up at 53 in total? Not much good, is it? I would think that would surely make you :puke1:.

It's all a matter of how you handle the bet. If KC is very sure of a bet and the line only moves 2 points (like last week's total) it would still be a good bet. Perhaps not as good as the bet that KC got but just because it moved 2 points doesn't make it a bad bet.

The scenario you mention certainly could happen. When betting, it's all about the chances that your bet would win.

Like QL said, ths happens quite often to me as I am in different time zone, most times I will be asleep when someone put that plays out. I used to get frustrated and not do anything and the bloody plays still won with the extra points increase sometimes. Now I just bite the bullet and buy the points from Pinny. (I'm from downunder and can still use them) There has been times when I couldn't buy enough point and lost by 0.5 and that is:puke1:

I guess I understand cappers like KC has to do it that way to secure their units first as they move the lines somewhat! I personally use line movements alot so I will do my own research a bit more to see if it is worth buying the points.

I dunno about the 4.5 in Sask's favour. I see Winnipeg taking it tonight, and I don't see why Toronto doesn't blow Saskatchewan out. I'd take that line anyday... if Winnipeg wins I think Toronto should be at least a 6pt favourite. Unless I'm missing some part of this potential scenario?

This is not my main play but I like it. Winnipeg is playing for a playoff game, this will they will go all out in. Yes Roberts is out but that doesn't matter for the play I like. At first I looked at the total and said wow, 46, that is low. Normally wind is a huge factor in Winnipeg games and tonight it is good and perfect football weather. With everything on the line, expect Winnipeg to shine. Oh, did I mention their entire team is the Eastern all star team in the CFL??

In the past two weekends of CFL action, some strange results have transpired and more so the events leading to the results. Last weekend's Sask-Edmonton game which was followed up by the Als-Calgary game the next day and now tonight, with still 3 games to play this weekend, we see a strange scenario which affects the total on the game to a huge degree. Tricky game, nobody really knows how much Joseph and other starters will go. I can say I really like this Roughrider team and even without some of their key players I can see them pulling this out.

Remember Austin didn't leave the Argo's on good terms and I doubt he'll gift wrap a victory for Toronto. Plus its in his best interests to make it as difficult as possible for Toronto to reach the Grey Cup as its in Toronto this year.

I agree with HPark. Be verrrry careful with this game. Saskatchewan is a nasty place to go play football whether it means anything to the Riders or not. Austin has got to want to stick it to the Argos. There's also something about a team playing tight with everything to play for against a team with nothing to lose. Even if it's Crandell and Holmes, they're still legit CFLers and can put some points on the board.

Email hell is right and I will not as per Wil's request be sending my plays via email. I am going out for the night and will not be getting as much as I want down on this play so screw it.

CFL Play: BC Team total over anything under 30. Calgary has one of the worst defenses in the league and BC has 3 QB's that could be starters. They will get a nice rotation and if Calgary's starters get lit up on defense, what do you really think will happen to the back ups? Burris will get little to no action and Sankey will play most of the game. BC should route them and put up points at home in the dome to close off the season!! Cheers!! :toast:
