Right now, I've got to imagine that the Bombers are a TD favorite over the Als. The Alouettes can't do much of anything right, and I've gotta imagine that Popp is getting canned once Montreal gets knocked out once and for all. Teams like this one don't deserve to be in any sort of postseason consideration, but knowing that they have to win in Winnipeg and in Toronto just to get the right to get beaten by Western winner is enough consolation for me.
I'd suspect Win -7/51

Marcus Brady has given a bit of hope to that Alouettes offence, and perhaps might convince many that the Als can keep it close. Combined with Winnipeg's lackluster 2nd half of the season, i'd say Win -5.

Greek opened Winnipeg-6.5/48.5.

I've gotta imagine that over 48.5 is the play unless the weather is awful in Winnipeg.... then again, it's Winnipeg in November, isn't the weather ALWAYS awful?

Winnipeg should win at home since Montreal is weak 1-5 on the road and 1-4 versus Winnipeg. But Winnipeg-7 is doubtful, because of recent 1-6 ATS and Montreal is 6-2 ATS at Winnipeg.
With strong wind forecasted, maybe total under 49? Both defenses are better than the offenses. For Winnipeg, 5 of 6 previous games have been low scoring. Also low scores for 4 of 5 latest games against Montreal.

I think Als have a better shot with Brady. AC doesn't have the realease he used to have... really looks finished to me.

Just a heads up, I was watching RDS, (french TSN) as they cover the Al's pretty good, and heard there was some friction between Popp and their kicker. Take it for what it's worth.

Alouettes kicker Damon Duval has reportedly lost confidence in and respect for general manager/head coach Jim Popp.
Duval who had the most inconsistent season of his career, is reportedly upset of critical comments that Popp uttered to Duval during and Als practice that were within earshot of several team mates.
The situation reportedly got so bad that Duval's wife Ashley complained to her father, team president Larry Smith, about the treatment of her husband. - Montreal Gazette

At least the Als have a good backup plan as a kicker... Ben Cahoon is PERFECT for his career!

heart breaker for the Als, and the CFL produces yet another barn burner

barn burner?? yeah i know you're joking. that was no barn burner. kevin glenn isn't the man. popps done went stupid with the gamble on 3rd down. of course the blue did what they had to do to win, but argos chew them up next weekend. oh as for troy don't kiss his ass just yet a couple chip shot field goals ain't nuthing to be proud of..then again his punting and place kicking was good for a veteran. its not that winnipeg won, it's that montreal gave the game away.:aktion033
