Hache, don't we get points for defensive teams holding opponent to a certain number. I am looking at the scoring (Im playing against you coinicidentally) and I don't see yardage or points allowed factored in

Didn't realize kick-return yardage was so big. You're almost better off having a shitty defense that will be running back kicks all game. Am i missing something?

WHORMOAN, from what I'm seeing on my end, you received 10 pts for "Pittsburgh 0 Total Points Allowed" as did J2 for his Tennesee 0 Total Points Allowed

This is certainly some wacky lookin' stuff

Asked this question elsewhere, but never got a response.

"Winners will have to put in a minimum of $500 IN ACTION by the end of the leagues regular season (Week 13/BEFORE PLAYOFFS BEGIN) in order to collect 100% of prizes.!"

When do the wagers start to count towards this requirement? The beginning of the season?

I would imagine so.

Whormoan, not sure when you looked, but the defensive & Special Teams scoring total takes a little longer to come in to be official.

For example, here was what Pittsburgh's Defensive & Special Teams scored last night.

18.40 Points
GAME TOTAL BONUSES:

<LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 1.0 sack (1.00 pts) <LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 10 total points allowed (6.00 pts) <LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 320 total net yards allowed (4.00 pts) <LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 1 blocked FG (1.00 pts) <LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 1 interception (1.00 pts) <LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 1 fumble forced (1.00 pts) <LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 1 fumble recovered (1.00 pts) <LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 11 punt return yards (0.50 pts) <LI style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 16px; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-SIZE: 10px">Pittsburgh Steelers 116 kickoff return yards (2.90 pts)

And when you think about it, no, you are absolutely better off with the better defense.

Look at the various points Pitt's scored last night.

Yes, you get points for running back kickoffs, but you also get them for running back punts, which give you twice the points:
Punt Return Yardage = .10 for every 2yards, or 1pt for every 20 yards
Kickoff Return Yardage = .05 for every 2 yards, or 1pt for every 40 yards
The points you get for running back kickoffs isn't nearly going to make up for the points you get on all the other scoring a good defense gives you, as you see above.

As FW said above, yes, beginning of week 1

Never played with this type of scoring system before. What is a good score to have, starting lineup wise?

Hmmm.........Tought to say FW

There's only a couple of changes from the scoring in this league from last season, but I'd say 125+.

But as you can see, a couple of teams went off and are close to 200
