It is important to make sure that everyone clearly understands the deadlines of the various contests, and that everyone clearly understands the contingency plans in the case of a site outage. It is the responsibility of all Post Up players to make sure they have noted the contingency plans in the case of a site outage. Site outage will thus not be a valid excuse for not being able to post plays, as everyone should have the email addresses saved.
It is also important that everyone understands that if a player decides to take the risk of waiting until the last minute to post cannot use internet outages, forum outages or email outages as an excuse for not getting their plays in. It is for this reason, that everyone is highly advised to post early and not wait for the deadline.
Here are the contingency plans:
IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY AND YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE FORUM FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU CAN EMAIL YOUR PLAYS, THIS IS STRICTLY UNDER EMERGENCY SITUATIONS IF THE FORUM IS DOWN OR CLOCKING.

RX MODERATORS WILL DO THEIR BEST TO POST THE PLAYS AS SOON AS POSTING IS AVAILABLE, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE BEFORE 1 PM ET IF THE FORUM IS DOWN. REMEMBER, THIS IS FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY.
If anyone wants my SportSavant's phone number as a back up, they can PM him and he will send it back by PM. Under an EXTREME EMERGENCY you could call in your play.
