Hache Man, somehow I am not understanding the rules for rosters. Seem like half the rosters (or more) have 2-3 more players than I have. how did this happen?

Hache Man, somehow I am not understanding the rules for rosters. Seem like half the rosters (or more) have 2-3 more players than I have. how did this happen?

The draft was 17 rounds, but the rules state the following:

Roster Composition Total players per roster: 19
Maximum players on I/R: 1

Position Minimum Maximum
Quarterback 1 3
Running Back 2 5
Wide Receiver 2 5
Tight End 1 2
Kicker 1 2
Defense/Special Team 1 2
=========================================

If you have less than 19 players on your roster (not counting IR), you can add players from the waiver/FreeAgent list.
