The FCC fines only apply to "broadcast TV" , wouldnt effect espn or nfl network but would apply to nbc ,fox, and cbs.

Imus was joking the other day about the fines he used to get at abc radio , and how the station always paid them , so im sure the networks can handle it , but hopefully it doesnt come to that. .... this probably wont pass.

Seminole is sanctioned by the head of the Seminoles tribe so they have a pass. Indians, Chiefs, etc? I am not sure why everyone rallies against redskins

Is Redskins a specific tribe? No it is not, it is a derogatory term. Thats why Seminoles or Indians is acceptable.
