Did Royals win it last night or did the A's lose it?

For me while watching the game, it really felt like the Royals won it.

There were a couple absurd mistakes made by the A's (the dropped pitch out in the final inning comes to mind) but overall the Royals just refused to lose that game.

A's lost it, 4 run lead with your beast on the hill only 111 pitches deep, you let him get through the 8th, period.

Then after blowing it in the 8th and 9th you get another chance to finish it off in the 12th and can't do it there either.

Royals won it. Royals manager should have let shields try and finish the 6th. And that ball 4 could have been called a strike and the runner would have been thrown out, moss wouldn't have even batted that inning.

I think Royals won it. I was there, most amazing electric baseball atmosphere I've ever been too. I was also surprised how many fans stayed until the very end.

royals lost it but they on it back. the game shouldn't have even went to extra innings. royals manager screwed up big time in the 6th inning pulling shields and putting in ventura....dumbest move i ever seen by a baseball manager. but lucky for him that their bats came back to save his stupid mistake.

Yost tried several times to hand the game to Oakland. They refused to take it, and ultimately The Royals won it in spite of Yost.
