I recommended a friend to bookmaker when they gave me a 100% bonus Bonus Plays on whatever deposited up to $300. He put in $300 and was told he would get the same and now they are saying he requested to have the Bonus Plays taken away from his account. Obviously he would not request this for any reason and they will not help him. Is this the right section to post about this for answers?
