What happened to The Rx??

I have been a member here for 14 years. Back in the day this was the place to share picks and gather knowledge. Now it seems like it's full of young punks with brave mouths hiding behind a keyboard. Such a shame....

The rx is like everything else in life, its what you make of it.

Ive been reading this forum since when Shrink still owned it, damn near 20 years, its pretty much the same from top to bottom.

Honestly its been worse.

#1 You got older
#2 Forum looks the other way on race-baiting trash and allows them to take over this board because they inflate click numbers

Not only civility and quality has diminished but volume. I blame twitter and Facebook for the demise of posting forums everywhere.

I don't think Twitter has hurt this place.
There are many forums that are thriving today. Saintsreport has more post in 10 minutes then this place does in 24 hrs

I'm fine with the offshore and the non sports forums having some degenerates, but it is true there is a lot of trash going on in the sports forums.

This is a very accurate post

The sub forums don't have all the joking around and arguments that the OT or Poly forum does. But at the end of the day, the RXforum is what you make of it.

I don't know about everyone else, but the forum was much better in the years that we had Bashes in Vegas....the once a year parties bought everyone together and you always knew the guys that were posting.....now all we have are a few internet tough guys or idiots that have never even met one poster in person...

Either lazy management or broke dick sponsors. A bash would be great. I offered to help a year or 2 ago and got no response. We can't even get a poker game around here lately.
