umm is he eligible?

don't think so

he didn't play a snap last year but I'm pretty sure this is his 3rd year I don't see how he is eligible. You can't just be a rookie because you didn't play for 3 years, I mean he was in training camp.

Thats a good point.
If he was never on the active roster I dont know if he is a rookie or not.

He was in training camp in 2012 with the Rams, got cut. He was then on the Dolphins practice squad in 2013

Yeah no way that is allowed. Chop on the sauce once again...Maybe he has some indian bloodlines.

3 weeks ago Terrence West was the biggest threat and now he is getting deactivated by the Browns.

Just kidding.

Davis looks composed and looks like the real deal. Both 1st and 2nd string QB's go down with injuries or we might never get a chance to see him play. Maybe never. Now he looks like he can be a great one for many years.
