I don't think coach Smith gets the injury pass this season. Unfortunately, his post season record will be held against him in an overall decision to make a change.

Go ahead and count the Bears out, GB and Det are running away from them, and their locker room situation can be described as "highly volatile". Trestman is in over his head.
