Lay off the energy drinks

I go to the dentist once a year. Have always had really healthy teeth, never had a single cavity. In the past year I started drinking energy drinks heavily, at least 2 a day. Went to the dentist today and 4 cavities! My advice to everyone is lay off the energy drinks

smh at some of the responses...

JC I use to be an energy drink fein. Survived off them. A couple of years ago I switched to 5 hour shots and never went back. I buy them in bulk at Sams and found that taking half a shot works equally as well as a full shot.

besides a redbull mixed with liquor it's been years since I had an energy drink and I drank 10+ a week for a while...

The same stuff that is in energy drinks, is in the sodas (phosphoric acid and loads of sugar)

This is what I use as well. No crash afterwards.

I don't crash on them either but I don't get near the buzz from them that i do from energy drinks. Even if I chug two five hours at a time.

I read somewhere they have the same chemicals in them that cause "Meth Mouth" in meth addicts.

I usually drink them in thé am thenafter always brush my teeth maybe that helps thinking about just popping a caffenine pill

Used to drink your carbonated drinks like Rock Stars, Monsters, etc. Then 5 hour was doing the trick w/o all the carbonation bloat. Now these B12 Stacker shots work better than anything else I've tried.

Not sure why your looking for a buzz. I use them because I drive a lot.
