I recently did ... it was on a Sheet that I bought earlier this year. Shop made a deal which made it so much easier, but never again.

I'm sure there's a few guys that did the same

An old timer once told me, if you don't get stiffed every once in a while, you are not offering enough credit.

Once. It sucked.

Still waiting to catch up with the fat bastard. I hear that he is sniffing around my general area again after doing his time.

Had the opposite. It was a Sunday and I was down 1500 and change. Was calling in and no answer. Turns out they had gotten busted, at least I heard later on.

Anyhow, agent I knew through a friend. Squared up with him.

Months later, ran I to the agent who said I still was outstanding. Of course I said I paid through the same channel I always collected or paid but he said he never got it. Long story short, I got double dipped for half.

Caught up up with my friend and he denied it. Always wanted to put those two together but I quickly out grew it.
Valuable lesson, no middle man.

I did it twice.

Several thousand dollars. (One for $6500 the other for about $1800)

Not only did I cover for those 2, but also had a very high up affiliated with a couple of forums (Not a poster) owe me many thousands for different things, that never got paid to me.

Let it be known that I'm not a big-bettor so those amounts were substantial for me...

Well if you set the guy up with credit, or they used your account (as in one of my cases) then you pretty much have to...

I can understand the use your account part but don't understand the setting someone up part.

Unless you are getting some of the action when he loses
