So last night I bet a prop that had Brandon Crawford go up against Jarrod Dyson for Most Total Bases.

As most of us would come to find out, Dyson didn't start and wasn't starting according to lineups released prior to the game.

Pinnacle continued taking action from morning right up until game time and once the event was settled, they cancelled and refunded.

I throughly read through all of Pinnacle's rules and terms and conditions and nowhere does it say that a player for an MLB prop "must start" in order to be considered a valid bet. I would understand that the player would have had to enter the game for it to be valid (Like Dyson did in the 7th inning and even got an AB).

I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences ever and can provide some guidance as to what I can do. I have found nothing that makes my bet possible to be voided and refunded.

Much appreciated.

Although it's true they don't specifically list that for total bases the MLB player must start (they do list "must start" in other sports' rules), they have a rule listed as:

Las Vegas rules will apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.

Unfortunately for you I believe pretty much everywhere in Vegas or offshore I've ever heard of requires the player to start to have action on that prop. Good luck getting paid but you are facing an uphill battle.

Quit begging. No chance any book in the world would pay that bet, and rightfully so.

If you would have made the same bet and lost would you be begging to get refunded because he did not start?
