Not even comparable qbs. Winston is far more accurate, far better in the pocket, and a much better leader. I think Winston will be a great NFL qb.

He has the skills, no doubt, but what about the mental ability to make it in the NFL

Doubt anyone even the Raiders would risk the #1 pick on Winston, Mariota will be drafted before Winston anyway.

All they have to do is control his off field antics. On the field or sideline he has no problems. I actually grew a much better appreciation for him during the Clemson game! He truly cares about his teammates and the game.

NFL teams don't draft goofballs with the #1 pick that acts like a idiot off the field.

He's been suspended for 1 game. Otherwise, he does what he can for the team. He's one of the best leaders I have seen on the field in college in a while. Much better leader than Mariotta.

NFL teams draft goofballs all the time. He might not be #1 pick, but he'll be the first qb drafted. His numbers are ridiculous.

Forgot the other suspension was on the baseball team. So he has been suspended in 2 different sports in less than a yr. what a gem we have here

No, he's 8th in QBR, not 8th in his NFL ranking. He plays a much more NFL-style system than Mariotta does. There is nothing about Winston and his abilities that would not translate to the NFL. He'll be fine and drafted ahead of any other qb.
