I will make a choptalk like prediction.
Tony Wroten will be a multiple time all star. He will be one of the best point guards in the league in a few yrs.
I think Philly sees this and they will move MCW for a first rd pick or maybe more young talent.
Back to wroten
He can get to the bucket on anyone. Great first step. Strong around the rim. He is a very hard working.
His jumper continues to improve. He is only 21 yrs old.

Noel is gonna be sick on D Rick.

His lateral movement for a guy that size is really something else. The fact NO blew it on pairing him and Davis up is gonna have chop dirty bulking ice cream at 4am for many years to come...

Yes Noel is going to be tough. Plus he seems like a good guy. Plays hard, doesn't run his mouth.

No shit.
That was a huge fuck up.
Keeping him could have done 2 things.

1) Paired those 2 together.
2) They could have ended up sucking worse then they did last season keeping the lottery pick and adding even another great player to Noel and Davis.

What a huge blown opportunity

Wheres my Blue Bell?

Don't think they would've been much worse w/o Jrue last year though. He played like 25 games or something

Noel looks like he is gonna be an all world defender though

But they traded their pick in the lottery to get him.
Who knows who we missed out on.

Maybe we would have drafted this guy dirty bulk is so high on.

And if they knew they had a lottery pick they might have tanked on purpose and lost more games then they did.

Wroten? not a rookie

this is his 3rd yr.....the guy the Sixers took with that pick they stashed overseas

yeah it was an awful trade though....Holiday isn't even the primary ballhandler right now with Evans starting and PG is the deepest position in the league. At the time they made it I'm pretty sure on this board I said I hated it. Now after seeing Noel play some hate it even more.

Oh Ok.
I had no idea.
Im not a big NBA guy.
Was just saying they could have had a lottery pick that ended up trading.
Does not really matter who philly took with the pick.

Actually Philly drafted Elfrid Peyton with the Pelicans pick and traded him to Orlando.

So technically it was Peyton who I am very high on and would have been the perfect PG for the duo from Kentucky

Peyton is a project man, he cant shoot
Wroten could have been had 2 yrs ago for a 2nd rd draft pick, only philly was smart enough to grab him!

Thats ok.
Noel is a project.
Peyton gonna be fine.
Already good on D and a great floor leader.
Jason Kidd could not shot either when he first came to the NBA.
Rondo still can shoot.

The point is the Pels could have had both if they would have played it right.
Yes Noel is a project.
But that does not mean he won't be a great player.

Think he just means young player who is raw Rick. Not necessarily a true project.

Obviously Noel was highly credentialed out of both HS and college
