The last few days i could not get online until last nite.i have roadrunner turbo here for my online service.let see where to start, my speed went down to about 3 to 4 and once in a while back up to the normal 21 to 24.tech support told me to go and get a new modem, let see i waited about 2 hrs for that.came back and replace it and for 5 min the speed was back up, then the same old thing again.ok next i was told to replace the cable from the wall to the modem.....did not work.ok back on the phone for the 5th time hanging on, now im waiting on a service guy that cant get here until sunday morning now it going to be a long day as it feel like im on dial up ect.and this is the service i pay 80 a month for......oh by the way in all this crap the last few days roadrunner suspended my email account and i was on the phone again for about 45 mins, that nobody could tell me way and it finally got back up this morning......

hno:very slow, i went back and got another modem this morning in hope it would solve the problem, but it did not....speed under 5, when it should be around 24 so it very hard posting ect.i will be happy when the service guy get here on sunday.was on the phone today with the tech dept and imo and their too it something on the outside coming in to the house....................
