unwatchable, NFL officiating is just out of hand, especially on third down. It's as if they think they have to make a big call in a big spot, it's all about the refs

no play is over until the officiating crew decides they don't need to make a big play this time

just series after series after series after series, it's all so damn sad

the game has been ruined under the guidance of Roger Goodell, that's why he should lose his job

I would stop betting this min if all i could bet on was the crappy nfl..this game with all the rules changes over the last 10 yrs has made it a no bet league for me.i cant stand to even watch a half this day and time of it.it nothing now but media hype 365 days a year to kept it in your head how great it is.....not to me any longer

Yep, agree. Goodell is responsible for this fiasco. I used to live for sunday to watch football. Now, I hardly watch...just check in on scores. Without gambling, the nfl product is useless and unwatchable. I mean, I was watching the sixers lose by 50 and family guy while that nfl game was in the 4th quarter

Karma for a lot. You do realize it was him in the Offshore forum that started our whole competition. He talked shit about me almost every post because I had a bad NBA playoff season. That's what started our entire beef with sports betting. And he continues it to this day. He deserves it.

This. Actually had a bet on the nfl game and was watching the golden st game which I had no bet.

Not saying Miami didn't deserve to win, pretty much dominated after the first few drives where Buff got FGs but I think he is referring to the PI call on Gilmore (think that was his name) down the middle which broke the game open? Really bad call as he timed the play perfectly.

that's just one of them

another drive kept alive multiple times by defensive holding calls

and I made the post after yet another drive was kept alive on an unsportsmanlike conduct call where players were talking to each other, no contact what so ever. Just had enough and I didn't even watch the whole game

and like you said, not blaming them for changing the outcome, just blaming them for how the game was being played

I don't understand how the NFL keeps getting these big ratings. Look at the deal they just received for Sunday Ticket. Ridiculous.

I turned on that game once, saw it was 6-3, laughed and changed the channel. The Cincy/ECU game was better and I was flipping between CFB and Raptors/Bulls.

Has to be gambling and fantasy reasons. I think they are way more responsible for ratings than most want to admit. What other reason is there to watch this sport? It has really gotten terrible.

Thank you and back at you. It had always been my favorite sport, long before gambling days. Maybe because it's our "professional " team, and being a season ticket holder helps. Or maybe because hoops was my sport as a kid. For whatever reason, I love college hoops
