Just don't see how if Baylor wins out they can rank TCU higher. If they do, the committee is a complete sham.
Would also have a problem putting a one loss MSU over a one loss Baylor/TCU. Those big back to back to back wins vs top 10 teams do not look so good right now seeing 2 of them are no longer ranked and the other one is #14, their only win vs a team currently ranked in the top 25.

As much shit as I give to the Pac 12 getting blown in these rankings, the biggest fuckup is Marshall still not being ranked at all in the top 25. The Thundering Herd are undefeated and have won every game by like 30 points. They haven't faced top 25 teams but still... at least rank these guys. They'd have a real shot to win any division not named the SEC. I'm a Boise State homer and want the Broncos to be the top ranked non-power conference team so they get a big bowl game but 100% Marshall deserves it more.
Baylor and TCU are pretty close. TCU has played the tougher schedule and has more big wins, but head-to-head Baylor won and both teams have 1 loss. I could make a case of Baylor based off win/loss records, but ultimately the only way that the Bears beat TCU was because of phantom ref calls so I'm kind of okay with how the teams are currently ranked.

Ohio St will sneak in being I believe Ole Miss beats MSU. Bama will coast in unless UGA sneaks in the SECCG, which will be a helluva game. I have no qualms about the rankings except Baylor

not sure what all that has to do with the current poll ... the current poll which you regard as " smoke & mirrors " is the poll... Its not you're poll, my poll , or anyone else's poll that wants to cry in the wind...Its the poll that counts.. BTW, Tennessee hasn't been a power for a long time.... That ship has sailed if you haven't noticed... The Miss schools will soon fade back to mediocrity also....
