Nice. I got a phone call yesterday of a guy claiming to be an IRS agent and said I was going to be turned over to the Sheriffs department because of tax fraud but I could settle this quickly over the phone by submitting a penalty/fine payment. Scam.

Congrats. For all the Homeowners out there currently paying a mortgage I can tell you that by paying just 1 extra payment a year will knock 8 years off your mortgage. Multiply 96 (8 years) x your current payment and that is how much you will save in interest.
