Reminds me of the NFC West a few years ago when the talk was no team should be in the playoffs. This is probably worst, but I am sure the conversation will come up. No team out of the south deserves to go. Especially Atlanta.

hard to believe a team with a losing record will make the playoffs

I play Madden 2004 about twelve hours a day, every day. Franchise mode all the time. When I sim full seasons, every so often, a 6-10 team will make the playoffs as a division winner, so it can happen. We all remember the Seahawks getting in with a 7-9 record. I'd love to see a 5-11 team make the playoffs. It is mathematically possible that all four teams in a division finish with a 5-11 record.

The funny thing is the Division Winner gets to host a playoff game.....Tampa Bay at 2-9 is only two games out of 1st Place.

Just glad Atlanta gets a new coach and GM after this year so they go into the brand new stadium in their 3rd year
