Just heard these stats on our local Charger station in S.D.
In the past 5 years.....in the last 4 games of the year....there are two teams tied for the best record of 17-3. They are the Chargers and Patriots.
In Phillip Rivers first 8 years as a pro.....his last 4 games of the year(32 games).....he is an amazing 29-3! Last year the Chargers were 5-7 after week 13 and won all their remaining games to reach the playoffs. This year they are 8-4.
