These people are fried if they were taking any high tech courses. Back in the day when I was taking my high tech, if you missed two or three classes, you might as well just drop the course because you are not going to catch up. Missing an entire week would just be fatal.

Why do the cops allow this? Why not arrest them on the spot? No way these clowns should be impacting other people's daily lives.
