NFL penalty question

I was watching several games today so I can't remember in which game the announced said it, but he said "every defensive penalty is an automatic first down except offside"

I can think of one. Anyone else?

Isn't 12 men on the field just a 5 yd penalty without an auto 1st?

ahhh , never thought about that one. so there are 2 then.

I guess technically that's not an in-game type penalty though like defensive holding or hands-to-the-face or PI

Would Running into kicker be considered a defensive penalty though? Special teams? Not sure
