Hi All,

I mentioned this couple years ago regarding the Bay Area Teams, but I do pretty well with Niners, Giants, and Warriors. I have to watch all of their games and I do hear some inside info every now and then. I dont work directly for the teams but I work for Comcast Sports Bay Area so I am around the teams and players every now and then.

In any case, Ive been doing well this season so I thought I would start posting my plays. Keep in mind, I dont always play spreads. Often times Ill do player props, 1st/2nd Half, team totals, or money line parlays (keeping them open).

In any case, feel free to chime in here as well. I love hearing others thoughts too.

One thing I can tell you now, this current roster is unlike any sports team roster I have ever been around. This WHOLE team loves each other and are great friends. They hang out with each other all the time. While other rosters Ive seen when they get a long homestand, theyll do their own things. This team doesnt. They go to restaurants, movies, Go Cart racing with each other. Even Bogut whos a bit awkward of a guy. This comradery translates well on the floor. They are very unselfish and enjoy getting other players involved when one is having a bad night. One future play I will be doing is anytime they come off a loss, I will be betting them to bounceback and win.

In anycase, I should have a play hour before game time.

David Lee is playing his first game today. Kerr stated he will only be playing 12-15 minutes. This should take some of the minutes off of Draymond Green who has been AMAZING this year. Everyone in the organization is impressed with how much he has elevated his game. With Lee coming back, this should slow down the Warriors offense a bit. Warriors love to dish the ball all over and Lee likes to take the ball on the low post and do little lean ins from the side. My initial thoughts are to take Kings first half and Warriors second half. Im going to wait a bit longer on making a side play.

A play im making and locking in now is Rudy Gay under 20.5 for 2 units. ( my units are $100). This is simply a play on Thompsons above average D and Gay playing a back to back. The Warriors play tons of man and Klay will be on Gay around the perimeter. I see him shutting him down and Gay getting no more than 18 points. If you havent watched the Warriors play, Klay Thomspon is one of THE best SG defenders.

Rudy Gay under 20.5, 2.2 units to win 2

Nice job innittowinit! As you said, the GS Warriors gelled once again tonight as they routed the Kings in a blowout win. Gay was held to a rather pedestrian 4-14 night at 13 pts. even though he played the most amount of minutes. I'm always interested to see and hear from individuals that are very keyed into a specific team/region and will be looking forward to hearing your thoughts in the future! Best of luck going forward.

Here are the notes on this matchup with the Lakers. I would normally say this is an easy Warriors win, BUT its a classic let down. If you havnt been paying attention to the Warriors past 2-3 seasons, they have a HUGE HUGE HUGE rivalry with the Clippers. They HATE them. Draymond Green and Bogut got in fights with Blake and Deandre. On top of that, its a Christmas Game. Warriors know this is a HUGE game. Couple Factors here. Ever since Lakers got back Nick Young, they have been competitive in EVERY game. Lakers last 10 games have played goodcompetition ( Spurs, OKC, Sac 2x, Pelicans) and have made each game very close. OKC and Spurs were within a few baskets. Lakers are hungry. Warriors are preparing for Clippers. Today will be a good opportunity to play Lee more minutes to get him ready for the Clip. Enough said. Its hard to imagine Warriors losing to the Lakers, but I may sprinkle a very tiny bit on money line Lakers. I will more than likely play Lakers on the spread as a 1 unit play. I like to wait about an hour before game time though. When I get to the Studio I like to ask my coworkers if they heard any info on injuries, sick, something bothering the players. So wont make the play yet.

Id also like to hear if you guys think the line will move in Lakers favor or Warriors if we wait?

I like to do prop bets too, so Ill post the prop later too when the lines are out. My Book does not have any out yet.

Line opened at 10, hovering around the 9/8.5 mark. I'm guessing early money came in on the Lakers, driving the GSW line down. I'm assuming that the public will pour some money onto GSW as the day goes along since they have looked unstoppable lately. Line should go up to 9/9.5 by tip-off in my opinion, 10 if Kobe is ruled out for today's game since he did not participate in shoot-arounds and is a GTD.

Going to make one last play. Warriors have been coming out firing and moving quick in the first quarter. Also, Lakers do not play D. With Kobe out, I can see Lakers running as well. Im going to play Warriors Lakers 1st Q OVER 54.5

12/23
Warriors/Lakers Over 54.5, 1.1 units to win 1 unit

Its going to be really hard to gauge a the total for the game. Im not sure where Lee will play in this comradere. I think they will try to get him the ball more and have him get his touch. He told the media out here that he felt very uncordinated yesterday and it will take him a while to get his game back. He also likes the idea with coming off the bench to help the team. The back to back doesnt really take into effect because the Warriors starters played in the 20 minute range last night. Very well rested. Warriors have exceptional depth. Id lay off the total. Just like the over 1st quarter.
