I have this twitching sound going on behind my wall - and from time to time I get an extremely mild shock by touching keys on my computer's keyboard - obviously, I am going to get someone to look it this week but I wanted an opinion - at first I thought the roof was leaking because it sounds like water dripping on the floor but its not water related

Not an electrician, but know a good amount about home wiring... The sound is in proximity to the keyboard? The sound is consistent?

The sound is twitching behind the wall - there is no twitching at the keyboard but if my fingers are at wet the keyboard will shock me - sound is consistent

Raise the rent on your sect 8 housing and make the govt pay you even more. Then buy a new house and then still complain about your renters and govt who make it possible for you to eat

Electrical problems can be very serious. You could have some open wires sparking or something behind that wall. I'd get it checked out ASAP if I were you.

Yes, he is a tenant - little rat complains about everything - he never wants to pay his portion which is like 200 a month - so I collect if from his girlfriend

It is pretty hard to raise sect 8 rent, much harder than non-sect 8.

don't know how you do it, I'm not cut out for it. Tried it once , I lasted two yrs . Headaches. Sold and bought a vacation property in Blue Mountain- a 3rd party handles its management.
