How much are they worth? Who would be the best market to sell this kind of service? If you just do it all with an anonymous e-mail and do it on a public computer around various places, how could you really get caught? Why is not more popular than it is? Think of all the poor hourly govt. workers that have all kinds of access to this information or the $10 an hour bank teller? Or all of the struggling mortgage broker? Or the poor ass people that mess with unemployment benefits all the time.
