The woman who accused Jameis Winston of rape has filed a federal civil lawsuit against FSU trustees, arguing the university violated her Title IX rights by refusing to properly investigate the incident.

Winston’s accuser demanded a trial by jury and in damages from Florida State University for Title IX violations of a “clearly unreasonable response” and allowing a “hostile educational environment,” according to the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Orlando Wednesday and obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.

The former FSU student listed as Jane Doe in the complaint was allegedly raped by Winston – FSU’s star quarterback who reportedly is leaving for the NFL – at his off-campus apartment in December 2012, but Winston has maintained that the sexual encounter was consensual.

The U.S. Department of Education is conducting a separate investigation into the way FSU handles possible Title IX violations, including a closer look at the Winston case.

I would normally raise hell about this because it is so late coming....

But..... I think she should sue the shit out of Winnie and his adopted Daddy Jimbo too. Winnie might give her something of value and Jimbo had to have a part somewhere in the obvious cover-up.

Funny to me..... in the same time frame.... we are holding out votes for the Baseball HOF for Bonds..... without doubt... without discussion.... one of the top handful of baseball players of all time... PED's or no.

And noone seems to want to hold Winnie responsible for all his behavior and act like he will be drafted as if none of it ever happened!

Kind of odd..... most say that the PED thing with the HOF traces back to some sort of morality clause in HOF requirements.

Some will say..... Winnie is a kid..... he can't be held responsible same as an adult. Well..... when he steps on his dick and embarrasses his team and the entire NFL.... with some sort of crap behavior..... well, who am I kidding..... nobody holds NFL players accountable. The statute of limitation in Fl for civil charges is 7 years for rape. She's trying to keep this active for when he is in the league. The rape allegation is really the only concern NFL teams should have. Its ridiculous how people continue to dwell on the crab legs but lack all wherewithal for context.

It's more than just that, the Burger King incident, the BB gun incident, is this the type of person you want to invest millions on who you expect to make good decisions not only on the field but off, not me if I was writing the check.

In your opinion, how is not a first round talent?

I don't like the guy, he's dumb and makes bad off-the-field decisions but on the field, he's the best QB in the draft. He's no A. Luck or anything but he's a legit NFL starting QB prospect.

He's too stupid. It starts there and end there and I am willing to bet he has been coddled his entire life to cover up 50 other "incidents". My 1st visit if I were interested in him. HS principal and teachers. He is from small town Alabama, imagine the shit he pulled.
