sincere question for Broncos fans

Do you want Manning back?

I'm not hating or mocking, it's just that he looked so bad yesterday I believe there has to be legitimate concerns about him going forward. And it's not about a bad day, it's about a bad arm. If his arm became that weak for the last 5 games he played in, how can that improve next year?

Unless he's hampered by an injury we don't know about, I wouldn't think he comes back for 19 million

That's alot of money. Maybe if he restructures and takes less, it could be worth it. He needs to be training his replacement at the same time though.

Yeah of course you would want him back. He was a completely different player the last 6 weeks than we had previously seen in his career. Some of it might have had to do with the thigh injury, I doubt he just fell off the cliff that quickly.

He isn't what he used to be but a Rolls Royce is still a Rolls Royce. You wanna trade that in for a brand new Hyundai? He might never be the same but its certainly worth the gamble vs starting over.

Obviously Manning was looking like Ali vs Larry Holmes yesterday but who knows if his body gets right next year.

All you gotta do is get to the dance and anything can happen....Den has some legitimate issues though with their cap that will be interesting. Demaryius, Julius, Knighton all FAs. They've spent a lot of $ the last few years in trying to win while they had Peyton.

Didn't Shefter report the torn quad? He is usually pretty accurate

in the last 4 games plus the playoff losses, his numbers were a fraction of what you're citing. His production fell off a cliff

a few people seemed to confirm what I was kinda suspecting, he was playing with an undisclosed injury. If true, that changes everything

Id go with home town paper.. Plus schefter known for manning excuse making.. Remember he wrote that sham if article last year basically saying manning never lost playoff game was always teammates fault.
