Greg Anthony busted in prostitution sting

What a moron. Doesn't he have women approach him. Has money and was well known NBA player.
Holy crap. Just when you thought you’d seen it all. CBS and Turner Sports broadcaster Greg Anthony has reportedly been arrested Friday night as part of a prostitution bust according to the local ABC affiliate in Washington DC.

There’s no word at this time on what CBS plans to do for the telecast.

After his playing days, he’s forged a very successful national media career as a basketball analyst, first at ESPN and now at CBS and Turner. In fact, Anthony just received the honor of calling his first Final Four last year in the broadcast booth with Jim Nantz. He’s also been a part of a rotation of former players in the running to replace Steve Kerr as the top NBA game analyst at TNT. Needless to say, that impressive television career is up in the air right now.

WASHINGTON -- District of Columbia police say CBS basketball analyst and former NBA player Greg Anthony has been arrested and charged with soliciting a prostitute.
Lt. Kelvin Cusick tells The Associated Press that Anthony was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on Friday. He said Saturday that Anthony faces a misdemeanor solicitation charge that's punishable by up to 180 days in jail.
Cusick says the 47-year-old Anthony was released Friday evening. No further details were available.
According to the NCAA website, Anthony was scheduled to announce the Michigan State-Maryland men's basketball game Saturday in nearby College Park, Maryland.
Anthony worked as an in-studio and game analyst for ESPN from 2002 to 2008.
The guard played 11 seasons, with six teams, from 1991-92 to 2001-02, including the New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers.
He averaged 7.3 points per game over his career.
