One shop kept taking away my Bet... every time I went to hit submit and wouldn't allow the wager. But when I Called in the wager they took, at a Limit.
So every time the line Dropped, i Called back... lol

Fuckem... I have +3, and +2

I hear ya, hard to remember its just another game betting wise. I used to create a prop sheet with 10-20 props and get people to kick in $20 and have a fun pool during the game paying a couple spots. Created lots of trash talking and a buzz especially for those coming in with nothing on the game, good times.

I taped 1st game, did nightshift so missed game live, people were telling me about the outcome so watched it Seattle had the ball with 3 mins left on its own 40 down 19-7. Wilson throws and execution from that point were awesome. We probably lost a few people who had the Under in the Seat-GB game:ohno:azzkick(&^

LAS VEGAS ***************

A Super Bowl betting line is similar to a presidential election, and after the early votes were counted Sunday night, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots won a majority of the public’s support.
Still, no consensus favorite was elected, and the polls will be open for two more weeks.
At most Las Vegas sports books, the line is pick-em for the New England-Seattle matchup in Super Bowl XLIX on Feb. 1 at Glendale, Ariz. At MGM Resorts, the Patriots are 1-point favorites. The consensus total is 48½.
“A pick-em Super Bowl would be great,” said Jay Rood, MGM’s sports book director at the Mirage. “I think the Patriots should be the favorites.”
Rood said tickets on New England were rolling in at a 5-to-1 ratio after the Patriots won the AFC championship in a 45-7 blowout of the Indianapolis Colts. Brady passed for three touchdowns in an impressive performance.
The Seahawks needed a miraculous comeback to defeat the Green Bay Packers 28-22 in overtime for the NFC championship.
“People like to bet what they saw last,” said Rood, who was monitoring the first rush of wagering. “We just took another big play on the Patriots minus-1. And there’s a six-figure bet on the Patriots.”
Early Sunday, Seattle was posted as a 2½-point favorite over the Patriots, but that line dropped soon after it was put up in lights.
“I think there is a chance of New England being the favorite within a couple of days,” Westgate Las Vegas sports book director Jay Kornegay said. “I thought Green Bay might be the second-best team in the league, with New England probably third. That’s why I think the line should be around 2½.
“I’m not a big believer in the Patriots. But I asked some people what they thought the line was going to be, and three out of four said the Patriots should be the favorites.”
Kornegay stuck with pick-em as the line, and South Point oddsmaker Jimmy Vaccaro briefly went to Patriots minus-1 before returning to pick-em.
“I’m going back and forth just to see where they are betting,” Vaccaro said. “This time last year, it was just a mad rush on Denver for the first eight hours. This is microscopic by comparison.”
The Seahawks closed as 2½-point underdogs in the Super Bowl last year, when they blasted the Broncos 43-8.
Nevada’s wagering handle on last year’s game was $119.4 million, the highest figure in Super Bowl history.
“I don’t think we’re going to beat last year’s record,” Vaccaro said. “I hope I’m wrong. I just don’t think we’ll get there. It will still be a big deal.”
Brady and the Patriots last won the Super Bowl in 2005, but lost in their most recent appearances in 2008 and 2012

LAS VEGAS -- At 10:40 a.m. in Las Vegas on Saturday morning, The Wynn's John Avello became the first oddsmaker in the city to move his Super Bowl line to New England -1.5. On Thursday, he said he was “testing the waters” when he moved the Patriots to -1 (-105), at the time the best value for Seahawks bettors. It’s apparent the test worked, as it gave him a good read on what bettors are thinking.
“We moved to -1.5 this morning, and it hasn’t altered any betting patterns (high volume on Patriots) so far," Avello told The Linemakers on Sporting News on Saturday. "And we’re not seeing anyone rush to the windows to take +1.5 at -105, which is the best Seahawks number in town. Plus-3 is the number those looking to bet large on Seattle are looking for, but that number will never show. I could see 2 or maybe even 2.5, but not 3.”
Seven chains of sports books are using Patriots -1 while four others are using pick ‘em. Coast Resorts moved from Patriots -1 to pick ‘em (-115) on Saturday morning, and Avello made his move about 10 minutes later.

“We’ve had good action so far, no complaints,” said Avello. “We’ve seen wagers in the 10s, 20s and 50s (thousands) come across.”

The Aliante, one of the four books at pick ’em, was the only shop in town reporting heavier action on the Seahawks during the week, but the margin has closed considerably the last two days.
“Ticket counts are swayed heavily on New England, but our cash taken in is about even, and that’s just because we took a large Seattle bet (Friday) night,” said Aliante sports book director Marc Nelson.
That bettor must not have realized he could have bet Seattle +1 while laying only -105 vig at The Wynn. On a wager to win $20,000, that’s a $1,000 difference on a loss. The Wynn’s -105 line special ends on Monday.
“We’re going back to -110 on the Super Bowl line on Monday,” said Avello, who decreased the juice to encourage action so he could get a better early read on what bettors are thinking. This allows him to set his line for next week's major rush, when 85 percent of the money will be wagered.
It’s safe to say Avello’s first-week Super Bowl plan has worked.
Because Avello showed the entire city that no one is rushing to the window to take +1.5 at -105, it wouldn't be a surprise to see several books get closer to his number.

Just a reminder: New England’s five Super Bowls in the Belichick-Brady Era have been decided by 3, 3, 3, 3, and 4 points
